Fla. Man Strips Naked, Bites Flesh Out Of Victim's Arm!

My first thought with these cases is that somewhere in the drug supply line, something got mixed in that shouldn't have been there or there is a new drug making its way around the streets that we just haven't heard of yet.

Another alternative is that someone is purposely mixing something into the drugs to get this reaction from the user. (People can be twisted)

Also, I think it is possible that the reason a couple have been naked is because their bodies had begun to overheat so the user stripped to cool themselves.

And now, the Biosafety Level 3 lab at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta is also the subject of a congressional investigation after a potentially dangerous airflow leak at that lab, CNN has learned.

The whole story doesn't seem to be available at the moment. At least the occurrence rates are pretty low, relatively speaking, and don't seem to be accelerating much yet.

There are two possibilities:
1) People think biting other people is cool after hearing about it in the news.
2) There is something else going on.

That "something else" could be a problem one of these days...

All right, I looked at the map and what it looks like to me is that there is some kind of drug being imported into the United States through Miami (which is why there are so many incidents there, then secondly in Florida as a whole) and then, if you follow the major roadways, there are incidents along those... which would mean the drug is being transported and sold there.

This would explain the pattern of attacks I see on the map.

God damned paranoid government puppets! Where the f# does it end? Keep illegalizing substances that humans instinctively desire, and you're gonna end up with people snorting bath salts and eating each other. I guarantee you that you will find very few cases of drug-induced human cannibalism as a result of ingesting any traditional recreational substances, with Big Lurch's obvious PCP exception and maybe a handful of other epically strong hallucinogens and/or the occasional methamphetamine psychosis (but PCP and meth are hardly recreational drugs by any standard).

Many (many) very-well educated people would strongly disagree with your diagnosis on the intelligence of all substance abusers. Where does one draw the line between which drugs are acceptable and which ones aren't? On profit and control ratio? It's certainly not based on human health or any moral code. So from where derives your self-righteous authority to label all "drug users" (namely 99% of the planet) as dumbasses?

Datura, Devils trumpets. I acually have one growing at the monent, they seed like crazy. Apparently South American shamans used to take it and people in modern times have reported very unpleasent effects from it.

Devil's Trumpet aka Jimson Weed/Datura Stramonium i believe is related to Columbian Devils Breath. But they are not the exact same plant. There are some crossover effects. But with Devils Breath, you can allegedly appear compos mentis and easilly controlled and with Jimson Weed you can appear completely out of your mind. All Datura Plants and Weeds should never be messed with.

I did find that Jimson Weed gives people some scary effects;

Datura intoxication typically produces a complete inability to differentiate reality from fantasy (delirium, as contrasted to hallucination); hyperthermia; tachycardia; bizarre, and possibly violent behavior; and severe mydriasis with resultant painful photophobia that can last several days. Pronounced amnesia is another commonly reported effect.

Jimson Weed is not a hallucinogen in the typical sense, it's in fact a poison that sends you into quite severe delerium and can be very dangerous.

I did try and mention this on another thread, but that thread dissapeared, obviously because it broke the "Drug Talk" T&C.
I hope this post doesn't. I'm just trying to add something to the discussion that may be of interest. I'm not trying to condone the use of drugs in any way, shape, or form. Just trying to get to the bottom on these incidences that have been happening.

Anyway, i digress...

What if the people that have been going off their minds have been knowingly or unknowingly taking Jimson Weed or something that acts in a similar way.
What if there's a batch of "Legal or Illegal" drugs that contain high amounts of this kind of stuff. It could be laced in batches of Bath Salts, Spice, Weed, or something else entirely.
Or these types of plants are becoming increasingly popular amongst drug users and they are taking it knowingly without understanding what it truly is or does to the body.

No way, I have been around datura or devils trumpet and witnessed its effect on multiple occasions and have never, i repeat never seen anything that comes into the same realm as this. I have witnessed psychotic induced delirium outbursts which can last for hours or days which can sway based on the persons emotional or mental state at the time, but this that is happening in florida is something completely new.

Is a prime example why these plants shouldn't be messed around with.

Also, just because you've never experienced the kind of things that are being reported recently. Doesn't mean someone else hasn't. These types of drugs effect people in many different ways, and if mixed with other drugs and/or an incredibly fragile mind, things could turn disastorous very quickly.

Another thing is, these types of incedneces (whether induced by Drugs or Mental illness or both) have likley been going on for quite some time. But because of the much more horrific Rudy Eugene case. Every single incedent that is remotely similar is being reported and linked together. So now a lot of people believe that this is some kind of recent epidemic.

It's swamp gas , bath salts and Gator farts .

Is it really any wonder people are going completely nuts and attacks are occuring when your average Florida junkie is whacked out of thier gourd on one of the three afore mentioned drugs, or a combination of the three? You dont need a supernatural explanation for what is happening, we need ro start executing drug dealers, first offense. That may sound harsh but its the only way to save a generation of kids who are going to be destroyed by these drugs.
