If gun prohibition is in the works, it is because of many combined events leading up to it.

I fear things will continue to unravel in society as everyone suffers more and more economical hardships.

I listen to the radio for my local area, and break-ins at churches and other such places has increased over the last few months.. We haven't even reached summer yet.

No doubt in my mind that as we go into the last half of this year. Things are going to spin exponentially. An easy prediction if I ever made one.

Yup, that is a safe one to make.

Reportedly this was a traffic stop, and as soon as the officers got up to the side of the SUV they were shot by the now-deceased suspect.

These days, ****the odds are**** that these cops were just as much of a scumbag as the guy who shot them.

No sympathy from me.

This does NOT mean I think they deserved it or had it coming to them.
It does NOT mean I hope they die.

yup people just assume
for all we know mr "scumbag" may have acted in self defense
and officers down and out
may have a such a loooong history of abusing others up until now
that forklifts are needed to pick up their files

I haven't lived in Spokane(I'm about 80 miles away now) for a couple years now, but have been observing the heightened crime rates. Unfortunately looks like it will get worse there and every where else.

Story update:

The (drug)suspect later carjacked a vehicle from an 85-year-old woman...cont...

The two deputies remain listed in stable condition in a Spokane hospital today.

I don't think it makes any difference what the cops may or may not have done, even if they tazed a grandmother while she was holding a baby they don't deserve to die.

I pray the officers will make it.
