Hmm,I don't think it is "the bell" because it would not fit im the bunker which the bell was supposed to be in before it went missing.

The Baltic mushroom anomaly is 60 meters across,whereas the bell was only 9 feet wide according to this wiki page:

I am going with the idea that it is a giant dead coral formation.
Who knows really though?

This post is fairly accurate -- the Bell isn't that big. It was much smaller than the "object of interest" at the bottom of the ocean.

It WILL be interesting -- not to see what they find -- but how much information is released. My guess, is that it will either be a "dud", or the news of this will quietly disappear into the sea (of the olympics, next geo-political event, etc) . . .
