Don't know what else to say. Most people don't wan't help.

What kind of "help" though, elaborate.

If I hit a tree on a motorcycle, I want help.
If I break a bone, I want help.
If I need to get a divorce, I'd need help.

If you're referring to people not wanting help or a cure for their stupidity, not much can be said that hasn't already. Can't cure stupid.

No, not everywhere. In my rural area, where there are many very poor families who've become dependent on food banks are hurting real bad, as 4 food banks have closed, so far. When there are less and less people able to afford to buy food to donate to food banks...well...there ya have it. The need for food has maxed out the support base of those who can give food.

As this economy becomes even more depressed, you will see more of this happening. One of the churches up here, has even put on their sign...sorry no food. You live in a very sheltered world to not be aware of these basics of society,
