Interesting story, I can see how it may parallel many situations that we find ourselves in today.

We are so quick to write off another person's problems as no directly effecting ourselves. When, often times the reality is that we are ultimately indirectly influenced by these very problems. If we were to adopt a little empathy, and realize that everything has an 'interconnected' relationship we'd be better off.

I clicked on your "famous know it all quotes that make rage" and was surprised to read your response to something I'd said earlier in the thread. So I'm the one who made you rage, huh.

About that post...it wasn't a quote but a summary of decades of research into human development. This field is my career and my passion, do I do know a few things.

Anyhoo, now that's cleared up I'm off to read more of your threads. Great idea, S&F for you
