Terrorism is a politically-loaded term that usually equates to "paramilitary operations which I don't agree with". You can call it terrorism if you like.

Thats rich.
So rebels whom are making Home made Bombs which even CNN refuses to call them IEDs and where in that article people have noticed it Isn't Terrorism. I guess CNN would use the term Terrorism whenever fits there agenda in the region, specifically even your agenda.

I like how you took an unsourced one-paragraph history of Saudi Arabia and used it to guess at what Sunnis in Syria want

And you know what they want? they dont want to be secular.

As for why the SNC in Turkey had choose a Kurd as there leader isn't because they want the minoritiesto make them believe that they will be side by side after the war.

Its because the kurds want a kurdistan republic.

You shouldn't have said this considering your own posting style and behaviour.

Your photo post didn't include location, date and source either. After I posted date and location, you implicitly went on the attack by linking to google maps, as if I myself had said it wasn't from Syria.

I only provided background.

apart from Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar et cetera?

You mean those small churches that were left after the fall of the ottoman empire? Turkey doesn't have a large Christian population like Sryia Does which is over ONE Million.

Turkey
Christian Population 0.13%
Muslim 96.83%
80-85% Sunni

Kuwait
67,500 Orthodox Christians, at least. The Greek Orthodox Church has about 3,500 members, while the Armenian Orthodox Church has about 4,000 members.

In Kuwait there is only just one cathedral.

No foreign missionary groups operate openly in the country. A board composed of members of all the Christian churches was formed to liaise directly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on religious matters. The Christian population of Qatar forms around...

I'm well aware that the Christian minorities in those countries are quite small, however I was still correct. You were wrong and you've just done a nice job of outlining how wrong you were. It's starting to become a bit of a theme isn't it?

If Assad wasn't a secular The Christians would be long gone from Sryia either that or killed.

What do you base that on? I mentioned a number of countries with Islamist governments where Christians are neither long gone nor dead in a big pile.

Its clear that you support the Islamists.

I don't support either side. I've lost count of how many times I've said this.

Why are you just replying to me practically in this thread? while i have made several other threads regarding Sryia.

It's an especially good thread and I'm finding it immensely entertaining.

Thank you for showing your hypocritical side again.

Don't use words if you don't know what they mean. Nowhere was I being hypocritical.

but yes they'd probably take a system closer to Saudi Arabia
So a system that isnt even secular nor doesn't allow Christians to build Churches? yet in America, Bosnia we are allowing Saudi Arabia to build there mosques?

If Syrians don't want a secular government then why should they have one? A governmental system closer to Saudi Arabia (Sunni-dominated, possibly Islamist) doesn't necessarily mean a governmental system mirroring Saudi Arabia exactly. Churches are built in most countries with Islamist governments. Given the large Christian community and history in Syria, it would be virtually impossible for any government to prohibit churches and Christianity.

Your still doing the Iranian satellite compression just like a NeoCon does unfortunately.

What's that? Is it a dance similar to the Zionist Jig?

Iran is not threat.

A threat to what/who and in what respect?

If your saying that Sryia is Iran's satellite well guess what? America's satellite are Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar.

You fail in your argument.

A pro-US country ≠ A US satellite. In any case reeling off a list of pro-US countries does not even touch on the fact that Syria is an Iranian satellite.

I didn't catch most of that but yeah probably. I don't particularly care what CNN does to be honest.

No I don't remember it, because we don't get Fox News in the UK. I certainly would have remembered that blonde at 12 seconds+. After her bit I got bored and stopped watching. What's your point?

Because it was a photo, it should have been clear where it was and the date was of no consequence. I didn't have a source and so there was nothing to link anyway.

After I posted date and location, you implicitly went on the attack by linking to google maps, as if I myself had said it wasn't from Syria.

That's a bit dramatic. I would hardly refer to a link to Google maps as 'going on the attack'. I already knew when and where the photo was taken and it was actually you who posted as if I didn't.

So according to the VERY loose definition of terrorism.

1.
the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.
2.
the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.
3.
a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government. Source

(and your refusal to address the central point of his/her arguement) The 1st and 3rd points in this definition could be applied to the american revolution, congratulations you're a terrorist nation founded by terrorists Good Job.

So Soshh what your saying you would rather want an Radical, Islamist Government in Power? as in Egypt? more rather it seems you would prefer the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Muslim Brotherhood which have ties to terrorists.

Don't use words if you don't know what they mean. Nowhere was I being hypocritical.

Yes you were your two posts are showing it. Including this post.

if Syrians don't want a secular government then why should they have one?

What do you base that on? I mentioned a number of countries with Islamist governments where Christians are neither long gone nor dead in a big pile.

Thats because Those Islamist governments aren't allowing Christians to spread any further despite having those half of the percent of the christian population.

Most of those Christians don't even live in the city in the countries that you mentioned and once again you have avoided the issue of Saudi Arabia.

Not surprising.

Your mind games wont work on me Soshh.

And get this through your head America is no longer the Good Guy as it once used to be.
