CBC staff: Opposition to Obama is racist

They are just trying to drum up votes by making white people feel like they are racists.

Hmm. I'd say maybe 5% of the conservatives opposed to Obama are so because of race. The rest, much like everyone else, hates him because he's a liar and a horrible president.

But you can't ignore the 5% that hated him before he had a chance to be a liar and a horrible president.

But yeah, that's pretty crazy considering his record, to assume everyone or the majority of people who dislike him, are basing it on race.

If I was an american and voted in that election, I would have voted for Obama too. Nothing to do with his race, it was more about the promises he made. Sure, all politicians made promises, but they usually follow through on one or two of them while ignoring the majority. I figured if he even came through on 1 of them it would be a good thing.

Yeah facepalm.

He is a horrible president and I would be voting against him if I had the chance, but it has nothing to do with race, or where he was born, or who he hung out with in college. It's about his actions, once in office.

Racism exists. Obama is black. It's a given that some racists hate him because they are racists.

But this slick and cool president has managed to do something only a country in the middle east was able to do.

Make any and all criticism racism.

And I think that is the exact opposite of how some people hope you will respond to accusations of racism, for daring to disagree with Obama.

There is nothing sadder than watching them beat this dead horse. The Race Card is played out. The desperation is obvious.

The longer they play this card the less his chances of being re-elected, don't discourage them.

Gonna steal what you said here. If 5% voted against him just because of his race then the question becomes, How many people voted "For" him just because of his race? I think it more than evens out.
