Cody - thank you - I've photos of waterspouts here and though they're a little similar to what I have shots of - there is also a marked difference as - well - today there were no storms, no wind, no rain, no clouds. See what I mean? In fact I have a pic of a water spout from the same exact location. Let me see if I can find it and post it.

They didn't 'form' there were just THERE - in the blink of an eye almost.

I was filming - shut video down due to lawn machine noise and in the time it took to change the settings on my camera from video to 'manual' I heard the noises (again) and there were the two 'trails' (for the lack of a better word) and then the third.

I'll also be right upfront admitting I have no knowledge of any type of military - well - anything. But I saw no planes and heard a lot of noise and then - well - the pictures show the rest.

Comparing what I saw to the video (you posted) I would have to say what I saw was not similar to the video - unless that is the projectile can exit the water and be out of my sight in a matter of seconds? And if so I would think the sound would come after?

My guess would stray from missiles (as much as it would make me giddy to say otherwise), and go more toward underwater volcanic activity where these trails are actually plumes of gas or steam produced with the lava's interaction, or whatever it's releasing, to the water.

The narrow nature of them, however, does lead one to question if it's possible there was missile activity.

This is a difficult one. I do have knowledge of military operations but this has me stumped.

The photo closeups and your description of the noise would suggest a missile launch but the video doesn't. You would have definitely noticed the slow initial launch of the missiles followed by the increasing acceleration as they climbed skywards. The video just shows a reasonably stationary plume of smoke/cloud.

A submarine would be much further away from land before it launched any missiles unless it was a real emergency situation and I don't think there is one at this moment.

I am at a bit of a loss at to any explanation but I will keep my little brain working hard............Sorry!!

I'm getting some reports of jets practicing in the area earlier today - but honestly that just doesn't add up to me.

No, not because I want my 'event' and photos to be more, or something strange. I just want a reasonable explanation and in my limited opinion that does include planes. I saw no planes. And what kind of planes can fly at 90 degree angles? And these 'trials' or whatever going on in the area? Ok, why not - but were they flying at sea level only to shoot straight up in the air? Cause I'm telling you what I saw was moving UP - not down.

Also? IIt's not like we've never heard of 'practices' or 'drills' going on right around the time the 'real deal' is happening too?

But then again? If it was something like a projectile? Three of them? Where did they go whatever they were?

Ugh - I'm chasing my tail now.

But - I know what I saw and I saw no planes flying along the water to turn at such a sharp angle only to fly to the bleeding moon from there...

Yes and I'm kicking myself I didn't keep filming but all I could hear was the guy next door whacking at his weeds and not 'the' sound that was fading.

Unreal that between the time I turned off the camera from video to adjust the settings (ISO and lighting etc) to manual (looking down at the camera while hearing the sounds) - the OTHER two 'trails?' showed up. Like POW there they were.

EXACTLY! And honestly that's why I ran for my camera! First thing that came to mind was - 'WOW - am I hearing those sounds like the ones reported on ATS?' True story that. I was SURE I was hearing 'those sounds' and zoomed off thinking 'no pics, no party, no video, no proof', etc. Then ----> I captured the 'plumes' 'trails' - whatever.

So it is possible it could have been a fighter, jet, plane, winged thing! Good to know.

The path is consistent.
The smoke is not, unless the purpose was some sort of demonstration.

The bird makes me laugh. The other doesn't.

Hmmm...

Maybe that's all this is. A pre-demonstration demonstration. And, that's probably what it will be 'written up as'... Doesn't mean I'll ever believe it - but - that doesn't mean I'm believing it's 'something sinister' either...

That could be the aircraft. After going into a vertical climb and tailslide. Are you sure there isn't an airshow?
