The chaqes evolved like we did. But the chaqes are not humanoid life. There is alot of humanoid life. The Galactic Federation what is made up of 35 planets of humanoid life. And protecteding developing planets which earth is one and further 54. Planets with developing humanoid on. and current estimates indicate at least 500 million such planets in the Milky Way. Are in th Habitable Zone. As humanoid life evolved because stable liquid forms ie water. The chaqes are not what we call humanoid. to alternative biochemistry. And evolved with compounds such as ammonia and methane in stable liquid forms. And very different from us.

Lay the whole story out for us. This sounds good. I read a short story like this when I was a kid in one of those sci-fi novels that are full of short stories.

Edit: BTW, this is the Grey Area people. The Easter Bunny lives in this section as well as the Chaques, Romulans, Zetas, Vampires, and Wookies.

thanks for sharing so they come from environments hostile to humanity from what you share. Environments that would be near Stars like a Mercury/Venus & maybe methane moons like Titan or hot nebula even.... interesting their internal fluids would mimic acid somewhat. And extreme cold 1 wonders if they have been exposed to. If tru the GFL left then I guess its up to EA*RTH & GUARDIANS now to defend. 1 also wonder what inteerst they would have here?
