Over the past days, IDF forces have been operating in order to stop the firing of Qassam rockets onto Israeli towns. An IDF UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) took photographs of a group of Palestinian terrorists clearly seen loading Qassam rockets into a vehicle labeled "UN". The photographs were taken on October 1st in Jabaliya.

Good find. I think we will see more and more of this kind of thing in all major combat zones. I would not be surprised in this has happend many times before.

I hope this doesn't increase paranoia, therefore possibly increases friendly fire incidents.

Israel has accused the United Nations of allowing Palestinian weapons to be carried in one of its ambulances.

Hansen told Haaretz that it is easy to prove that the suspicious looking object in the photo is a stretcher. According to Hansen, the image broadcast on television shows two men approaching two ambulances, one of whom is carrying an object that could not weigh more than a few kilos. He said that he had learned from a simple Google search that a Qassam rocket is 1.80 meters long and weighs 50 kilos.

Understandably the IDF now search ambulances - this slows them down and guess what?

I don't think this should come as any surprise should it? I mean, how many cars are stolen everyday? If you're a Palestinian fighting Isreali occupation the best thing you could steal is an armored vehicle. And we all know how observant those crack UN troops are

The UN came out and said that it was a folded up stretcher (not a rocket) and that Israel has tried to pull this same type of stunt before.

i could have sworn that isreal offered the Palestinians some 95% of things that they wanted. yet they ( arafat ) turned the isrealis down, saying that wasn't enough.
