(Reuters) - Euro zone unemployment has hit a record high, and job losses are likely to keep climbing as the bloc's devastating debt crisis eats away at businesses' ability to hire workers while indebted governments continue to cut staff.
Around 17.4 million people were out of work in the 17-nation euro zone in April, or 11 percent of the working population, the highest level since records began in 1995, the EU's statistics office Eurostat said on Friday.

Also there are to many people who live beyond their means , yes banks can create money out of thin air . There are also many people who spend more annually than they make, with credit. As for unemployment it is unfortunate but is the result of our our leaders and the ceo of global companies style of non ethical economics of the old world. until I considered this article I thought the same thing. The Vacuums i thought were the rich elite Zionists. I dont think its the case anymore.
I truly believe its emerging economies such as Asia and Asia minor that draw the wealth. These people will become more consuming. They will eat better, dress better, live better.
Think of it in your terms, when one man gets richer another gets poorer. But on the level of whole nations. This is way deeper an issue that 99% vs 1%
The key sustainability not profit.
