I'm afraid, and I can't take this anymore

Take heart that things will get better. There has been a lot of great advice from some of our most respected members and I'm sure some if not all of it will help.

In my own experiences with the paranormal I have found that these entities have more to fear from us than we do of them. Remember these things feed off negative energy and your fear....starve it out and fight back. You have the power....not the entity.

After that I became extremely angry and determined to remove whatever this is. We tried smudging with sage, salt, burning white candles, praying the Our Father, and Hail Mary's. We called upon Saint Michael. After much concentration and prayer, whatever was here was GONE. Totally gone. And for a few days we had peace again.

Yes you can. If what you did worked once already, then repeat that same process each time it returns. This is one of those that may take more than once. Some times it may seem hopeless but you are already shown to have the strength to affect it, that is beautiful. Take heart. When you get knocked down, get right back up and continue fighting. Good for you.

I assume others on here have given you a ton of advice about what it is and how to be rid of it.

I can tell you that there are indicators that stand out. Everybody in the family has similar experiences, not just you. Thats a good sign. Were it power lines or wiring or some appliance(EMF)... if it were chemicals stored in your garage or in your neighborhood, or some other physical cause like mold spores, etc. then perceived phenomenon would be different because everyone reacts different to toxins and mold, etc. See you already know it is a disembodied spirit. You all witness the same things.

And not a demon either. If one of those were around you would know it. Its like being in a cage with a lion. There is no doubt. You would not be able to smudge that away.

I would venture a human spirit, maybe even somebody that lived there before. How old is the house? Who lived there before? Who if any died there before? They may still be there thinking that you are invading their space and trying to drive you out. Can you talk to neighbors who knew the previous owners? Sometimes they can help. Or the real-estate office that sold you the house, even records offices downtown that track ownership and history of your neighborhood.

I think it is wonderful that you perceive the truth of what is occurring and have taken action by faith to fight it. It worked before, go at it as many times as it takes. That is your house. Tell it so. Tell it to leave you alone or leave. Just like you would some roommate that won't pay rent and is bothering your daughter. Get out.

Don't over react or get depressed or sad, I think you are doing fine. Also understand this. You are praying for an intervention on your behalf, not commanding this by yourself. See the difference? When the time is right and everybody in your family stands together with this in mind, then it will go. If not, seek help from others that believe as you do to help you. There is strength in numbers. The more the better.

Don't give up. You are a very strong person to deal with this. This is your life lesson right now. More power to you.

Not acknowledging the possibility (and quite frankly the probability) is ignorance.

Have you thought of setting us a security system in your house? They are rather cheap now...I think you can get like 8 cameras with the complete system at Costco for like 200 bucks. Also I would have a solid state recording device on me and my family members all the time in the house. These recording devices can go for days on end.
For me, my first step would be to determine if it was external or internal. If you got any recordings you could then eliminate the internal rather quickly.

I have to say I agree with some others on this thread who recommend taking this seriously. And also, do not take a cavalier interest in these entities either.

I am a person who typically believes in what I can see and/or verify. Had it not been for some unexplainable miracles in my life, I might have never taken my Faith seriously.

As well, I experienced a 'possession' or 'oppression' first hand. Its was the darkest seasons of my life. Simply because I was not mentally, emotionally or spiritually prepared for what I encountered. I grew up under a religious doctrine which treated demons as taboo and mythical. Even though Jesus cast out many demons in the Bible, I did not take them seriously because of what I was raised to believe.. Then I experienced the possession/oppression of someone very close to me. On a daily basis, I witnessed events which terrified me and which I had only ever seen in the movies. I even committed this individual to a mental institution @ the recommendation of family and her doctor. It was life or death situation in our eyes. The institution tried medication and many different forms of therapy. None of these worked and she only got worse. Some of the tactics used in this institution shocked me by their archaic cruelty. She was not treated with respect or dignity...It killed me inside. I was watching someone I loved rapidly degrade at the mercy of others. She was being treated in a way which I didn't think legally possible in our society. I felt powerless to stop it. I did some research and found a legal loop-hole to get her released her after a month of this abuse. Still, I found myself desperate and hopeless as to a solution, I didn't know what to do. Finally, I turned to the Bible and read the accounts of demonic possession/oppression and tried to mimic Christ and the Apostles as best I could in Faith. I didn't witness an "exorcism" as you see in the movies. It was much more benign. Still, whatever took place resolved the issue and this wonderful sweetheart returned to her normal self and has been since.

I believe the power of Christ nullifies any authority or power these beings have. I believe these beings only have as much leverage as we give them. I believe we don’t always know what we do which gives them any leverage to work in our life. I also believe their only purpose, and that of Satan as well, is to deceive and destroy. And this is why they cannot be trifled with. They have been around much longer than you or I and there is no doubt they are infinitely cleverer than we could possibly imagine. That is why, in my belief, only the power of Christ is a suitable solution to deal with these beings.

Is there anything in your room or near it that can have high EMF readings? For example transformer in front of your house electrical box located near the room.Other things people dont think about such as computer monitors, televisions, cordless telephones, and hair dryers. Im not trying to make light or fun of you im serious you may want to look into this.Several of the things you mention in your story sends off red flags.

Heres some of the symptoms of people exposed to high EMF for long periods of time.

Nausea
Headaches
Fatigue
Forgetfulness, confusion or poor concentration
Paranoia
Hallucinations
Feelings of tightening of the chest
Panic attacks or anxiety
Insomnia
Seizures
Ringing in the ears
Feeling vibrations
Eye pain
Shortness of breath

Now in your story you obviously suffer from insomnia and i can conclude you have been dealing with anxiety.As well as paranoia about the dark area. It might prove to be a good idea to have an electrician check for high emf readings especially in old houses.It can have serious effects on small children so its worth checking out.

Let it be known to you that I have had previous experiences with ghosts and demons, including exorcisms and the like. I don't know everything there is to know about them but I do know a lot. I am very clairvoyant.

That being said I don't think that this is an alien tho it is possible but it is not likely and is not probable what so ever.

As Huggiesunrise mentioned you need to show spiritual force and remove this from your home together as a family.

Another thing I should mention is the fact that this "thing" is likely being attracted to a single person in your home. Even if you move, this "thing" will follow. From what I can gather from the information you provided this is not a ghost. This "thing" is a "demon". This "demon" needs to be exercised by the very person that it is attaching it's self to else it will never go away.

Say for instance this demon is being attracted to your husband and you and you daughter do a meaningful exercise. It will not go away. Same holds true even if your husband participates but yet his heart is not meaningful.

This "thing" could be attracted to anyone of you not necessarily your husband. Everyone in the household must together do a meaningful and faithful exercise else this "haunting" will continue.

Also, as another poster mentioned...doing exercises in the name of Jesus works well. But I think the point here is it doesn't matter what name you do it under as long as it's in the name of a higher power even if you use the name "higher power". I suggest if you are religious then you should use the name of the one you worship or the one you follow.

The same goddamn thing here. I have written a few replies about it, but no complete thread. 'it' scratches the wall behind my back, it knocks on the roofs. it does not talk however. I would move, but I'm poor, and doing nothing helps. way back, when it started, i felt my sanity slipping away, now i'm just tired.
At first, I was terrified, I shook whenever it was here, I was really scared, and now, I have nothing left to fear of. I mean, I am too tired of it to have any fear.
I just mock it now. You know: 'Come on, show yourself you spineless git, and I'll cut you in two.'
Things like that. I just realized that I have nothing to fear from an entity whose biggest weapon is scaring people in their homes.

You know, I keep a sword of an arm's lenght in my reach at all times. I know there are two possibilities.
1. it can materialize, when it does, I cut it.
2. it can't materialize, thus it can't hurt me.

But it has been years(you know, when you don't have the option of moving away, you kind of left to take it or check out) and it does not come. it is a coward. nothing but a shadow on the wall, worthless.
It had a thousand times to kill me in my sleep, but what it does? scratch and whistle and speak, sometimes shapes appear on the wall.

It takes one hell of a tiredness to not care about it. It took a lot out of me. All I want from it now, is communication. I'd like to know more, and I bet it knows more than me. It does not share however. It stuck with me, and I'm stuck with it, and my greatest tool is ignoring it.

Just leave if you have the option. the thing kind of sticks to the place(it does not follow me out).
Especially if you have a child. They don't deserve living with things like these.

Idk what it is..and lately I feel like I'm being watched at night time and what's weird is I can't sleep til about 4-5 this has been going on for the past week almost everyday and yet I don't really feel tired through most the day...if I can find it I will post a video my gf recorded off my iPhone while cruising through pcola beach there was this big lightning cloud with red flashes but no lightning strikes or thunder whatsoever!!!

I seem to have a few wierd things going on also on the house. Years ago when my kid was sound asleep at of no where she was laughing and chatting as though someone was in the room making funny faces, she seldom today sleeps in the room. My other kid a few weeks ago slept in the room and was scared saw shadows in the hall way, pulled the sheets over his head and felt someone touching his head and swears someone was in the room he also will not sleep in that room. I have heard breathing in the lounge room as though some was sleeping thought it was the dog but it seemed to be something else, even the smoke deteactor would go off by it self hand someone come in and put a new one in, funny how it went of the night my son was in the same bedroom. I didnt take to much notice it sounded like a mobil phone.
Well I still courios to what ever is in the house, unlike many years a go my hubby ran over a pigion and could hear it pop, and since then when ever we bought or stopped and had chicken the car would break down, I was in another house then and cleaned the house from unwelcome spirts etc..I went out and got some insense went round every room in the house with the incent and a hand mirror saying (oh I left the front door open) All unwelcome spirits please leave my home you are not welcome here , and kept on chanting as I went through every room.I dont know if it was the bird of a spirit atchaced it self to someone in the house.It worked and have told others and they said it worked.
Its not black magic just you cleaning the house as you would cleaning the pots. I did feel a tingle several times like you would get as they say someone just walked over my grave (close every door of the room you have done and lead the spirit to the front door and tell it to get out then shut the door.

I haven't sifted through the replies or anything, maybe it would also pay to see if there is any history in the area you are living in. Burial grounds, if any previous owner has died in the house or something. This sounds pretty serious even if it does have a logical explanation. Either way your family is tapping into something that needs to be dealt with especially if you are scared to death of it.

I would be checking out any previous history in the house, then in the area. You may find the answers you are looking for and if not, at least you tried and then can move on to another explanation.

There are no such thing as ghosts or aliens. It's a demon/fallen angel spawn of satan.

Only Jesus can make these things go away. I suggest surrounding yourself with Godly people asap and repent of your sins and ask Jesus into your life and believe and trust in him, and then you will be a child of God.

Ephesians 6:12 - For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

Do not focus on this thing disturbing your family, but instead focus your mind on Christ.

The most powerful thing you can do is pray to God and ask for help.

Let this be a turning point in your life to get right with God.

Yeah I also feel some one standing over me as I sleep.takes me a while I try to keep my eyes open and not drift off to sleep as I also have images of beings and ppl flow through my head when I shut my eyes.. the house feels like there are many spirits out side waiting to go inside some I would not call spirits they seem more like warriors in metallook alike uniforms not from earth. I would clean my house but I want to get a phyical look at them .
Maybe OP look into the history of the house that might help.

burn sage in every room, should do the trick unless it very strong.
Most importantly stop feeding it... its feeding off your fear/negativity.

You might also consider the possibility that what you and your duaghter are hearing , actually IS each of you "calling out" to the other!


You did not mention that your husband hears this "voice"; only you and your daughter.

Can we presume that this phenomenon occurs most frequently when the two of are separated, out of eyesight of each other?

Could it not just be that the two of you are "sensitive to each other", and that, without consciously being aware of it, are "checking up on each other", through the often unique bond shared between a mother and daughter?


Next time you are "called", you might try to answer, in your mind's voice, as you would if your daughter had actually called your name.

The response might prove suprising, and reassuring.
