Hi all a friend of mine recently gave me a document in pdf format that he found on the internet and what it basically is ,is a blueprint for governments on how to control their people and many other interesting things it is called Silent Weapons for a quiet war feel free to read it and pass it along cheers enjoy.

Already posted many, many times before. My personal view on the document is that it is a bad hoax however those who have never heard about operations research may be impressed.

I agree that it is an interesting read as the motives being discussed in the paper are certainly being carried out in the real world (our society as a whole is undergoing optimization via technology and this is reducing our freedom and opportunities). The paper itself is a hoax however.
