Violent Crime at 39 Year Low - Yet US is Spending $100 Billion Per Year on Police

There is little Violent Crime where i live but we have a lot of thieves mostly drug users(meth heads) that break into homes and steal anything they can sell for drugs.

These thieves need the cops to protect them from people like me that will use what ever force i need to to protect MY property.

i am a Vietnam vet and a gum owner but will not use the gun unless attacked.(i will carry my gun out of sight) but i WILL protect my property. And use justifiable force. including bear repellent and a high voltage cattle prod.

But if they are armed i will respond under state law (Penal
Code § 198.5.)
