what has the penal system got to do with ownership of nuclear weapon- some European states would call the US barbaric for the death penalty, I wouldn't, but this has precious little to do with nuclear discussions

If you're trying to cast Israel as the innocent here merely defending themselves from pending attack - you might want to do some more studying. Israel brings the mess on themselves.

Your example would be fairly accurate if the person with the gun were running through a neighborhood not their own, talking crap on the locals and slapping everyone around. THAT'S where Israel has planted themselves.

The Muslim countries in the Middle East are the lowest in the world when it comes to civil liberties. And it’s the only place in the word that has so many dictators and religious regimes in leadership positions.

Look what’s going on in Egypt, Libya, Syria and Iran, and how they treat their own people.

These countries are stuck in the middle ages and Israel is not to blame, its ISLAM.
