Naked Man Eating Victim's Face Shot And Killed By Miami Police: Report

This all reeks of a cover up in some form or another.
Whether it's to protect the police from something they did incorrectly?
Or maybe to protect the populous from mass hysteria?
Either way, as of now, with all the information we have, things don't sit right with me.
It's like we have a puzzle with pieces from different puzzles... for now.

Well according to their initial reports and vega's witness account the officer warned the attacker several times to stop before shooting him so why would he have to justify a "split second" decision to shoot. This keeps getting fishier and fishier

Regarding the guy running at the very start of the video, why all the jumping to conclusions that he was running away?

Could have been a jogger. He may not have even seen the incident.

Just out of interest, do US cops get any training with non-lethal methods any more, whether that be baton, tazer, restraint techniques? I appreciate the guy was off his face, and chewing on another....but he was naked and unarmed.....apart from his teeth.

Does that automaticaly mean you shoot him dead?

I'm glad the Brit police here don't kill every person they see biting someone in a fight, it would be mayhem in every major city here on a Saturday night.

It seems like I read something like that - drugs delivered by a spray that causes forces to turn on each other - others causing people to have want to have sex with each other. Like Phermones for humans.

I see him. Interesting and well observed. But who could he be?

A terrified witness? Most likely.

A guilty party? Possible but we have nothing else really to go with it.

Or possibly someone jogging past? Again possible but i'm sure you'd notice two naked guys fighting.

My guess is a terrified witness until we find out more.

Curious that this incident happened so close to the Miami Herald building

Why does the Miami Herald have a video surveillance camera on their building that's directed at the causeway?

Convenient that the video picks up just enough to confirm there is a naked man kneeling down and that a cop pulls up to the scene, and it looks like some third dude is trying to sit up. Just enough info to confirm some of the story, but all the real pertinent stuff is absent.

It is hardly typical of someone suffering from "coc aine psychosis" to start eating people's faces off, though sometimes people on stimulants of that nature do take their clothes off.

A man has been shot several times by the police, and another man's face is "half eaten off," yet I don't see any blood on the naked man or any blood on the sidewalk or surrounding concrete.

I would be curious to know if the victim was assaulted before the naked man started eating half his face off, because I find it hard to believe that a dude can just walk up and eat half a guys face off (even if the victim had been sleeping) with much success otherwise.

All this "zombie apocalypse" b.s. that is being force fed us through the media and the movie industry makes me wonder if we're being subjected to some new and improved fear propaganda......

Sounds like this naked dude would have had a good time partying with the director of the KONY 2012 scam....he liked to run around naked in public too.....just sayin.'

If i remember correctly it appeared that the video camera was facing the upper floor of a parking garage, and was panned over to the area where all this took place. hence the terrible angle of the film footage.

I'm not saying I think any of the ideas are right but just bringing my own thoughts on this, you can't just say Cocaine psychosis dosn't make people eat other peoples faces off. I mean I know first nobody knows if it was coc aine and 2nd you can't just dismiss that someone couldn't do stuff that crazy when on the substance because everyone is different and can have different reactions to drugs?

No, the guy was eating the other guy's face. That much I feel confident about. Here are a couple of reasons I say this: Did you notice that one police officer that jumped the concret divider? First we walked up to peer over at the bodies, then he moved down a bit to jump over and walk the opposite direction, but he kind of jumped and looked behind and hurried. He looks very scared of what the situation, leary of maybe being attacked. And, I read on two articled that the victim had both eyes and nose eaten, and over 75% of his face was gone. When the first officer approached, his body reaction was that of fear and shock, not the type of reaction one gives seeing straight or gay sex, ya know.
I know the biker said there were blobs of blood everywhere, but in the video I do not see blood from the attacker's body-only on the victim.
The positions you are seeing the bodies in: I keep reading people saying the one on left doesn't move-of course not! He is dead! And yes, it takes a while before the body on the right moves-so yes, he is unconsious. And the reason victim laying on right side? Because he rolled over before blacking out. The reason the dead body is in that position, look at his feet, this foot position tells me he was killed while in a crouched type of position and fell with that one foot atop the other. It is hard for me to explain what I mean on this.
The medics were not in a hurry to even approach the bodies, nobody is, this tells me that people were fearful.

It is the biker, the witness who stated what he saw, terrified he rode away, he got a police officer to go to the scene. Blow your screen up to about 200%, and view the viedeo on full screen, you see it is a biker.

A lot of speculation on this thread but I genuinely just think it was a pair of people who were taking very strong drugs (possibly a new batch) and one of them 'lost' it completely, entered a state of psychosis and attacked the other guy (I did read somewhere that they were known to each other???) - but either way the police acted shocked, of course they did - some guy went crazy and chewed another guys face off.

I bet they've never seen that before.

And okay the man was unarmed, but we've all heard of cases of PCP junkies killing people with their bare hands or taking multiple bullets.
