Hello ATS,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I have been on this site everyday for about 2 years. My name is Ryan. I am 22 from Wetaskiwin, AB (nope, you're not pronouncing it right).

My friends usually refer to me as "that guy". That guy who doesn't know what they're talking about when they chat about "reality" TV or celebrities. That guy who would rather spend time with his pets, go for a walk in the woods, or pound away on his drum set than waste his precious time watching TV or posting on Facebook. That guy who has the self respect to live life by his rules, not the rules of the "society" that is "designed to make life easier" and "has your best interests in mind".

Yup, I'm that guy. And I'm proud of it.

Welcome to ATS "that guy"!! I think you are in the majority here as I get the feeling most members are not really into the reality TV thing and would much prefer to be out and about doing their own thing.

Yes I lived in Edmonton when I was a teenager, I was born in Fort Mac. Wow I cant believe they still have that commercial! Its the first thing I thought of when you said where you were from Actually I have lived all over Alberta.

Dam catchy tune too, once its in your head it never gets out, even 30 years later!!!
