Yes I am. There is proof all in that video. And if your saying that at 7:15 there is no undeniable proof, then I do not know what else to tell you. you obviously have it all figured out. Good luck in your search for the truth, I am sorry this didn't help.

This looks like green screen anomalies! The program being used is having difficulties keeping up with the movement of his hand. Color keying to a green screen will do this. His head does not do this as it is not moving as much and it is a contrast color to the screen. his hand is not over the screen but over the jacket and tie and shirt which confuses the program.

Good luck finding what you are looking for. (next time include the normal speed view as well, so we have that to compare!)

indeed, exactly. And I have other footage where they are moving a lot and the tracers are everywhere. And yes you know, you can definitely see that effect on most of them. As far as the regular speed, that is what i was trying to say, this was only caught when I slowed down into micro-frames. It appeared only as a glitch in normal speed. But yes, this was caught by accident, next time I will be on my toes to get the most range of speeds and footage. thank you for your perspective, it is always a pleasure to see another person who has woken up

Of course brother but Im just saying, haven't you noticed the difference over the years? In high school I was almost expelled for challenging a teacher with my ET shenanigans. And every news anchor on the planet would make fun of people who would come forth with videos of UFO, and the mainstream scientists would not dare speak out about it, unless they were speaking against it. but now it has changed, people are now ready for disclosure. it was by design is all i meant to say...in correction to my earlier post, I will say that I 100% agree with your perspective Thanks again for overlooking me jumping the gun on you, I got massively attacked right out of the gate. Let's get this straight...

You are claiming there is a conspiracy of shape-shifting reptilian aliens who have taken human guise in order to both hide from and control us, but that the technology that disguises them is faulty, often leaving parts of their true form exposed for a few seconds, these glitches just happen to look just like motion blur interlacing, and that despite this faulty technology and despite the aliens wanting to hide from us, the aliens take high-profile positions within our society which requires them to constantly be in front of a camera, such as a President or television news personality.

Is that about the sum of it? Or am I missing some critical factor that brings this all together, haves it make sense?

That difference being a skepticism of extraterrestrial life visiting the Earth is not the same as a disbelief life existing "out there." You, however, keep equating the two. Mainstream science has accepted life existing beyond Earth for about a century (see David Grinspoon's Lonely Planets), decades before the popularity of the UFO phenomenon. I have a feeling instead of listening to what mainstream scientists have to say on the subject of aliens, you have instead only listened to what hostile-to-science UFO researchers have told you what these mainstream scientists think.

no no no, they want us to know they are doing it. They have absolutely no care in the world if we find out or not. I do not beleive this is an error in their technology, I beleive it is happening on purpose, personally. I hear them making jokes on air all the time, about how "there must be another Mary Stone running around" and " wow there must be a bunch of "Wolf Blitzers" helping you, or "there must be a bunch of Brooke Baldwins running around on that far away planet", or things to that effect. They drop hints and jokes about what they are doing, all the time on air. I also hear them saying many things, hints, in regards to the NWO and the way things will be and the Big Eye channel, and Big Eye State etc. Even tho this is a free-will Universe, It is Universal law, that they must tell us what they are doing(being this is such a deceitful prison planet). so they do it in a very deceitful, yet so "in-our-face we wont believe" it, style. Do the research man, I am not trying to convince you of this with this one little video. I am just trying to light the spark that will take you to your own research. There is evidence of this in ancient texts and artifacts and even more-so in present day, yet there are billions still in the dark. Thanks for your perspective.

I see what you are saying, but If you can say that in the past, mainstream scientist have not treated this topic with a total 180 viewpoint as today than i don't know what to tell you. of course there has always been the people who believe, there were thousands of books written over the centuries.but thats doesn't mean they weren't shat on by the mainstream segment. But if your saying that is has always been this way, this "oh sure life exists outside the universe and sure there are ETs among us" attitude, by the mainstream... then i don't now what to say to you. I do not buy into any of thos. The thing under his right hand is the wire to the clicker for changing the meteorology screen though.

Interlacing has created the video artifacts in the OP's posted video. The abnormalities seen do not result from a reptilian hologram ring - but hey I can't say that the dude in the video isn't a reptilian with a hologram ring

This video is an explanation of 720p vs 1080i video resolutions and why interlacing is a bad thing for video. 720p is better than 1080i for many types of media, and the reason is that the video is interlaced in 1080i, but rendered via progressive scan in 720p. The i in 1080i stands for interlaced. The OP's video merely illustrates the downsides of interlaced video.

I have never heard of micro frames. Where do they exist? Do you need a special program to access them? You do know that the weatherman carries a remote control in that hand right? The "ring" you are seeing is the remote control the weatherman holds to cycle through the weather images that appear on the green screen behind him. I believe all this "morphing" is going on in whatever program you use to generate "micro frames".

Because they have a plan. Total domination and enslavement. And to do this to a species, takes finesse. If you want the species to come quietly and willingly, that is. Also, dont forget, he's standing in front of a green screen that they use to project the weathermap, and some of that can possibly cause a the glitches youre seeing.

I have been tracking and recording Reptilian beings, greys, androids, Earth-Human hybrids and so much more, for the past few years. I have several hundred hours of excellent footage, but nothing this cool. Anyway, yesterday I caught something by mistake that turned out to be a huge score. I caught an “alien” posing as a newscaster, wearing a gold ring with a red jewel in it, projecting a holographic image of a human. It is truly mind-blowing.

I have had this theory for quite some time now, the theory that “they”(Alien Beings) are using a hologram device and/or digital overlay to hide their true appearance. Well this footage proves that my theory was correct, or at least something close to it. This is 100% genuine footage. It was caught while sifting thru different footage I was about to post. While in 'post', i was skimming thru the frames one by one, when a few sporadic glitches caught my eye. I highlighted the glitch segments of film and then broke those segments down into micro-frames. And when I analyzed the micro-frames I noticed something truly magnificent. I captured the hologram glitching, the ring used to project the image, and the hand of the alien being hiding behind a human projection.

Anyway, without further adoo, here is the video, showing the “dark Earth controllers" technology. I hope you enjoy and can’t wait to hear you theories.
