Fact 1 - she is not at all hot from what I've seen & due to the fact I have been married for a Long time, I don't have the highest of standards these days so thats saying something.
Sorry girls but if she didn't want her looks taken into account then suing someone based on them, well....

She was hired as a TEMP and only employed for 1 WEEK this raises flags in my book.
Who hired her the same person that fired her? cause that would be odd.
She CLAIMS that was what was said, any confirmation on this? or do we take the disgruntled TEMPORARY employees word as fact theese days?
What was she wearing when alegedly told to wear her boyfriends sweat pants and shirt.
She was a data entry clerk, in USA is this a term used for sales girl cause where I'm from it isn't and you would be buried in a back room not distracting customers/staff up front & centre.

If anyone wants to get rich find a job do a deal with the manager to say do some stuff like fire u for haveing to big a bulge in ya pants that distracts lady staff/customers and some men too. Then go half in your pay day sounds like easy money to me.
Here is another way take a temp job, stay a week during that week come dressed in your partners cloths, then make wild accusations, hire a slag of a lawyer and even if your full of #$@% watch the money roll in cause the bad publicity etc would be enough to make most companies pay you to go away.

They're not talking about the topic, they are simply stating selfish judgements on her looks. The issue is not about Hot/OrNot, its about an unreasonable case of wrongful termination.

Fact : She got fired because her employer told her she looked to hot, and was made to put on a bathrobe over a perfectly decent ensemble, respectable for her position.

What she has on the net isn't relevant to her doing her job in the the outfit she wore.

Sorry I only read 2 links and saw alot of alegations I must have missed the part where her emplyer admitted to fireing her for looking too hot, can you post that part for me CBF looking for it.
I also missed the pic/description of her perfectly decent ensemble although I did ask what this ensemble was?

I don't see her calling herself "hot", only fighting a dismissal over allegedly being 'too hot" for the job, not to mention the embarrassment of being made to wear a robe over perfectly normal clothing at work.

Ok just watched the vid can't see anything wrong with the cloths but also couldn't see a rebuttal from her employer and making someone (a data entry temp) wear a bathrobe seems odd no matter what her cloths were like.
Employer might have a fetish or she could be full of it how do I or you know.
What I do know is the only fact that has been posted so far is she ain't hot sorry but facts are facts.
I asked you for some facts you posted "claiming they " "claims her supervisor " "claims management" and tried to state that as fact well I'm sorry but do you want to send me that check cause it's a fact I have $100000000000000000000 waiting to be released to you as soon as your check clears.

Why is she hanging her hat on this 1 comment? and what's to say it wasn't said in a jovial manner as a simple comparison to the other staff members or as a way of making a new employee feel comfortable in her new work place? such as "damn girl, you're just too hot for this office"

Again, what evidence does she have of this claim?

So, if she was too hot and her breasts too large why was she even employed in the first place, surely these two obvious physical traits would have condemned her at the interview - not one week later.

In reference to the ninemsn story, where are the employers comments?

Seems someone has got their nose out of joint on this one?

Likewise, if the employer was out of line or simply intimidated by her "overwhelming beauty" then they deserve to get reprimanded accordingly.

So, I will call a spade a spade and will gladly apologise to you if proven wrong upon all evidence being presented.

I hold no favour on either side of this scenario as I could argue against the employer as well. Perhaps being an ex HR manager many years ago and seeing this sort of thing time and time again has made me a little sceptical of this situation - especially when the MSM only present one side of the story!!

NB: I am now a very happy employee so I have seen it from both sides.

Any one who looks to Gloria Allred for a lawyer is some one who is looking for a paycheck, rather large one at that. Mz. Allred doesn't take cases unless she gets some money out of it.

And what makes her hot? The blond hair, big boobs, or all that gunk on her face?
Being fired from a lingerie place because of that? Seriously, come on....

Probably either a poor employee or a personality clash with others.

They have to use the words alleged, until proven.

You have no more proof that it didn't happen as alleged.

I only hope the real truth comes out, because they will use employees, and their fear of losing their jobs in a recession, because of a lawsuit, to lie for them.

I don't think such a high profile lawyer would take the case on if she didn't feel it was legit, and could be proven, but I can't be sure.

Whatever the truth is behind it all, I hope it comes to light.

Your comment "You have no more proof that it didn't happen as alleged" is correct because the articles presented do not give both side of the story - when that occurs my alarm bells start aringing.

Other than that, I respect and agree with the other points in your threads.

Story seems pretty simple. If it's true she was told to "tape down her breasts" before being fired, it seems like the female supervisor was either jealous about the attention this girl was receiving, or she was jealous of the attention this girl was receiving.

There are plenty of people that get fired for stupid reasons that are just made up to get them out the door.

But come on, if the women actually wore a bath robe to work and was told to tape her tits down there isn't anything that makes sense beyond jealousy.

The supervisor probably said she was fired for being "too hot" thinking it was a nice way of breaking it to her.
