Hi N3k9Ni this is probably not a memory error but a BIOS error or a error with the driver. I suggest that you may try to upgrade your BIOS and
reinstall the USB controller driver.
1. Download the driver from the manufacture’s website.
2. Go to control panel>administrative tools>computer management>device manager.
3. In device manager, expand the "universal serial bus controllers" tree, and delete things from the bottom first, one by one, going upwards.
Root hubs and then host controllers. Reboot.
4. Install the driver you download manually.
If the issue persists, please copy usbstor.inf and usbstor.pnf (c:\windows\inf) from another known Windows 7 computer to problem computer.
