So much fail in what you type. REGUARDLESS of the circumstances that you claim to be rellevant, Kicking a woman who is obviously pregnant (9 Months) was not the right way of dealing with the situation. A kick like that seems like a very odd thing to do to get some one to back off.

A LOT of people are pissed off about A LOT of things... and it is all about control for those who should not have to the power to control our lives and do these things.

groups steer you this way, groups steer you THAT way... groups have you seeking refuge in people who say they are going to fix it all and thus take the fight right out of you and replace it with false hope.

When are we going to figure out that a lot of this is on the exact same page... all we have to do is realize it.

No. What if the scene happened at night and there was bad lighting? The police officer might not had the chance to see the woman's body because she was blocking the light. Her face doesn't make her look pregnant too. The officer could also had been focused on dealing with her brother and her shouts. If you have the picture of the scene's lighting then post it. Bye!

so he blames his training because he is too stupid to realize that the unborn child didn't do a damn thing.

PLUS... force like this should only be used when a threatening situation ocurrs, not any time someone opens their mouth and the cop just doesn't want to hear it.

actually, he knew EXACTLY what he was doing. He saw a pregnant black woman and fell back onto the stereotype that white supremacists are taught and acted out the feelings of his GRUDGE on a black, pregnant woman and child. He could have sprayed her, he could have attempted some other way to detain her, he could have done anything else but no...

he kicked her in the stomach.

A baby that far into a pregnancy is considered an actual human being. Yep, THAT cop should be charged with attempted murder.

Really though, even in the dark, there are much better ways to deal with these situations...say, pull his mace and tell her to stop immediately... Or if you prefer just shoot her on the spot (ok, that may be overkill and unnecessary... But you condone this kind of action even if she wasn't pregnant)?

Liar. She had you fooled by her exaggerated 15 min performance on TV. Next time, think before you shower your care. Remember to care about the police officer, her brother, and her baby too. You must imagine the scene. If the woman had her arms raised in front of her ready to touch your body. You would realize that your leg is longer than her arms. It is most logical to use your leg to push her away to avoid her arms getting to you. So the police officer was right to use this technique.

If you use your arms, she would have pulled your arms and then maybe she would bite you!

So, push her away with your leg before she had the chance to get her arms on you!

Maybe he thought she was fat and her fat stomach would absorb his kick. But she was dumb nevertheless.

Like I said, the police officer might not have realized that she was pregnant. So we should all stop assuming what the police officer was thinking and move on to something else.

Now I'm not saying your observations are without merit...I'm just saying it really should have been dealt with differently.

Uh, a male cop can easily subdue a woman without kicking her to the stomach. You would know this if you had any sort of physical contact with women, but it appears you never have.

There was a time when the government of this country lambasted the government of Russian for the same tactics employed by today's "peace" officers.

The situation has gotten totally out of control. These "peace" officers should be held responsible for their brutal tactics against the citizenry.

Onto the main story, this cop should IMO be at the very least kicked off the force, he's obviously one of those power mad types of piggy, which is actually about 99% of all police these days.
