Could anyone interpret my terrible dream?

I dreamed of myself sleeping in the room where I was living many years ago. In the dream there was a ghost floating above my bed without arms nor legs. His face was identical to my dad's. I was freaked out.
My dad is now very healthy.

Just guessing but does your father have a job that would considered hazardous? If so, it could be concern, that's all.
