So what are we saying here...is Barbara Bush a liar...did she commit fraud trying to mislead people that she was born in New York City...or maybe....just maybe...was she not aware of people mis-quoting her birthplace???

If I agreed that Barbara Bush committed or at least helped facilitate the fraud, would you agree that Obama committed or ar least helped faciltate the fraud?

In a post full of unimportant information, I will take it as a compliment that the author of said post felt I was able to successfully navigate and disseminate the least important of all of it.

Not only do ATSers regurgitate information, they draw conclusions based on that speculation, much like you are doing right now with the idea that Miriam got any information about Obama from him. There is nothing to suggest he gave her the information, yet here you are, publishing that information on your own.

I don't need to try anything. Not every word in the Constitution is broken out into exotic definition. If it were, the Constitution would by longer than the Obamacare bill. It was understood that the documents used at the time of formation would be used by the courts to extrapolate the specific meanings and context of the words and phrases used. Vattel Law of Nations was used. FACT. Now stay with me, here. I'm talking facts.

The term PARENTS is plural meaning the mother AND father of the child MUST be citizens at the time of birth. Not mother OR father of the child. Obamas father was NOT a citizen at the time of Obamas birth. Case closed.

So you are saying that not only under the law of Constitution...but we are also under the law of the entire Vattel Law of Nations???

You see...I don't care why Barbara Bush's birth place was reported in error...because I know that MISTAKES happen. For me to try to claim that she did it on purpose would be ridiculous.

I don't think you exactly understand how this makes the Right, the Tea Party, and Republicans look...the Republican establishment won't even talk about this...that is how embaressing it is to them.

And...just in case you missed it earlier...Obama didn't write the bio. And do you honestly think him being born in Kenya was a big selling point for the book

Hell...next time someone wants to promote a book...they should try that...apparently claiming you were born in Kenya boosts your book sales

You have an odd view of what fraud is.

The example of Barbara Bush shows that mistakes happen...even with peoples birth places...even confusing the largest city in the country with a very very small town.

If you think people are so concerned about the accuracy of their birth place...then why didn't Barbara Bush make it a point to correct all those and release a public statement that they were all wrong???

Maybe because it's something that isn't really that important.
