The Venus Blueprint makes the startling case that the orbital resonance pattern of Venus as seen from Earth was central to the development of early science, religion and government. The evidence begins with the discovery of a Vedic religious symbol known as Mount Meru etched into the sacristy wall of 15th-century Rosslyn chapel. This one symbol leads to a cascade of revelations suggesting this Roman Catholic collegiate chapel was actually designed to celebrate a much older Vedic cosmology known today as The Birth of Venus. A step-by-step analysis explains how the Blueprint symbol was used to design the chapel’s acoustics, placement of architectural symbols and overall floor plan. More significantly, the same Blueprint pattern is shown to match the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Temple of Jerusalem, the Greek Parthenon, Roman Pantheon and St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican, among others.
Supported by an impressive array of historical research and scientific analysis, the Venus Blueprint geometry is then used to unlock the original purpose of these temples. Used for its resonant properties, it had the power to enhance entheogenic ritual and help induce religious visions. NASA's Transit of Venus Sun-Earth Day Event!
This year will be the last Transit of Venus to be seen in our lifetime. The next will not occur until 2117. To mark the occasion, NASA will set up a live telecast of the event from Hawaii which is the best place to view it. During the six hours a number of video clips were contracted to highlight the science behind the Transit and the culture and history of Hawaii.

The Shekinah pillar in Scotland's 15th-century Rosslyn chapel is a symbol for the Hebrew goddess Asherah (or Ashtarot). Descended from the Phoenician Ashtar and Babylonian Ishtar, the Shekinah identifies the feminine presence of the deified evening star of Venus in the chapel.
The Shekinah's octagonal shape represents the 8-year resonance cycle of Venus with Earth while its eight pentagram "stars" represent the planet's five synodic periods. The resulting orbital geometry is the pentagonal rose-line or "rosslyn" of Venus.
Sitting on the stars are 13 cherubs, each playing a musical instrument, save for their leader Eros (Cupid). He holds a five-line musical staff, pointing to B with his right hand and A, C with his left as if about to shoot an arrow. In this way, he is identifying B as the point of symmetry and "bullseye" of the 7-step A Major scale.
This musical symbolism extends into the "musical cubes" carved in the gothic arches above. Each cube corresponds to a specific cymatic resonance pattern and musical tone. A melody can then be found by vibrating sand on a similar square plate at specific frequencies to match each of the musical cubes. For example, the first musical cube corresponds to the cymatic pattern for the musical note B.
Since there are two manmade beehives carved into steeples located on the roof either side of the Shekinah pillar, this musical symbolism appears to be a musical pun equating the tone "B" with the children of Venus - the "Bee."
As an ancient fertility symbol for Venus, the B=Bee pun may have to do with the frequency at which bees flap their wings, which is around B-240 hertz (the step above A-216 in Universal tuning). Furthermore, when Rosslyn is heated to the gestation temperature of a beehive (33.88°C / 93°F), the entire chapel will resonate synchronously with A-432. It is as if the entire chapel was intended as a kind of musical hive or womb for spiritual birth and rebirth.
So it is that the Shekinah pillar is not only a Hebrew fertility symbol, but also evidence for a much older harmonic science of sacred spaces. Indeed, the resonance pattern of Venus appears to have once been a Vedic temple template used to resonate the mind and help one become "born again."
My interest in Venus did not begin with the study of astronomy, mythology, symbolism or temple acoustics. It began with the study of harmonics and vibratory resonance patterns, particularly as they appear in plants and animals.
When I first learned that Venus traces an orbital rose pattern in the sky over eight years, I knew it must be due to the physics of resonance at work in the formation of the early solar system. Studying the spacing of the orbits, I found that a calm damping region in the solar heliosphere exists between Earth and Venus and that it corresponds to a logarithmic golden mean. Observing the same phenomena in the harmonic formation of a vibrating string, it is this damping region that appears to be responsible for the rose star orbital pattern of Venus.
In fact, this same rose star can be reproduced by vibrating a plate of sand or a cup of water using a musical 3:2 "perfect fifth" ratio. Known as the science of "cymatics," the reflection of harmonic waves within a container is what brings coherence and order to any vibrating medium. In the case of our solar system, gravity is the container and plasma was the medium long before it ever condensed into the planets. This is the real physics behind the Rig-Veda and the Pythagorean philosophy of Musica Universalis or "Music of the Spheres."
Biological life is no different, just on a smaller scale. Liquid water organizes itself into tetrahedral groups that form into icosahedral clusters and then larger pentagonal superclusters. Combined with Carbon-12, this geometry acts as a template for the organization of the liquid-crystal DNA molecule, clearly evident in an axial or top-down view of the helix. At the macro scale of life, this manifests in many ways from the seed pattern of an apple to the five plates of the human cranium.
Pentagonal geometry is how Nature most often organizes itself. This is because it is the path of least resistance and the most stable geometry, easily able to nest within itself. This in turn is due to the golden ratio constant found in the interference pattern of a pentagram. Each intersection of the pentagram is in fact a golden section while the golden ratio itself derives from the square root of five: (1+√5)/2 = 1.618033...
The mythology of Venus is as much about this divine proportion as it is its orbital pattern or solar transit. Awareness of this natural constant was known much earlier than historians will admit, built into temples and inspiring thoughts of God. For it was the study of harmony in nature that was the first Science and the patterns of resonance that were the first principles of Religion.
