Count how many times we were all going to die, the ask yourself why this time is the panic and fear mongering solid evidence for gloom?

One thing that should make people feel better about this post is, not one prediction on this website has ever come to true. Makes for good reading though.

Another week and another Fukushima end of the world thread. It is sad to read people saying they are now depressed from this thread and some considering moving because of someone in a tin hat posting his ramblings that only support what he wants, which is to spread fear.
For those who feel bad from this thread I say to you how many of these threads have you seen in the last year and how many have come true?

The effects are cumulative over time and like the one lady said you can get breast cancer fifteen years after eating a radioactive peach, there's no way to attribute it to a specific cause. Thing is when we see the rates start to skyrocket across the northern hemisphere we'll know what the most likely cause was. Thanks TEPCO and nuclear power in general. When are people going to wake up and... well it's too late now to do anything.

I dont necessarily believe that this disaster was a ploy to begin depopulation around the world, but what I do believe is that the situation at Fukuskima is being down played by the MSM and lots of people around the world... I dont think you can compare Fukushima to Chernobyl like its an apples to apples comparison, when Chernobyl's disaster happened it wasnt sitting on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. I believe Chernobyl was much easier to contain from that stand point alone, and when you factor in all the waste being dumped into the Pacific I feel its fair to assume that its much worse than anything we've ever seen today..

sounds good but to label it another fear mongering thread (which is what i pointed out in the OP)... but where is the proof that it is fear mongering and not the truth.

if his is going down, there's a right to talk about it. and if theres another thread from past weeks about the new developments show me tomorrow paper while you're at it.

again its easy to go around ATS thread chock full of new intel, and say of look another fear mongerer thread. no wonder so many ATSers do.

Now after the 20th one its just getting old. I have a friend in the Air Force who just so happens to be stationed in Japan not more than a 100miles and there is no worries what so ever. If it were do you really think OUR american men would be there? I'm not sure if people just thrive on fear or just really not happy with this world but there really is nothing to worry about in this situation. We have been ingesting radiation our entire lives already..hell we get it from the sun.

That depends on the dose limits the government has in place. As of late, I'm sure they'll be willing to increase them quite a bit...
