After learning that the new Thorium plasma batteries are being used by the U.S. Navy in their super long range Mark 48 Torpedoes, I am now guessing they will be used in the latest stealth satellites since no solar panels would be required and military surveillance and telecom satellites could even remain in geosynchronous orbit on the dark side of the Earth. If combined with new composite technologies these satellites would be undetectable to radar and perhaps even infrared detection since the minimal heat signature would be negated by space temps. For those not familiar with this new green battery "acquired" by the military and lives longer than people without ever needing a recharge, you can read more here at these links

Nearly all your posts are related to thorium plasma batteries...

So did you just figure this out? Is it a revelation to you? Can you explain why you are so interested in the topic and what led you to your discoveries?

The ATS crowd is interested I assure you.

You KNOW when that technology goes public
that we will rock all night long.

That silly statement shows you know nothing about satellites, or even what a geosynchronous orbit is!

Actually I have been following this technology for five years but just stumbled upon the ATS site last year. Personally I think this technology will be the most disruptive technology of this century. Tesla must now be laughing or at least smiling in his grave. I have always been interested in space since both my father and older brother work in German Aerospace programs. The articles at Salon really peaked my interested. By the way this one is probably even more interesting than the one I posted above open.salon.com... ;-)

Man..... # the US Government! I dont care if Mr Rockefellers oil monopoly becomes pointless I just want a better world.

What dickishly unthinking douche bag US agents would dare confiscate that technology?. "Oooh um my superiors said we have to take this because of national security"

I hate unthinking drone human beings. Doin their job following orders. Potentially just #ED the human race for another 1000 years of tyranny. Air Force stole it you say? #s..... Meh not surprising though they have all the Anti Gravity fleets. the Air Force has all the UFO tech/ awesome tech.

Lets give all the things which could fix our species to the Military industrial complex yay. This is what happened to Tesla, Otis T car and many others.

Who dares suppress our species AGAIN!!!! # you U.S government and all subsidiaries. This article shows you for the scum you are. Note : Any US agent reading this statement who takes issue. Feel free to fix this problem.

I thought it was the Navy who had the anti-gravity fleets.

Look at it this way; maybe it will help you feel better. If not the current psychopaths that have it, there would be another group of psychopaths that would have it. Either way, peaceful people will get screwed, and the psychopaths will dominate.

I think we're born into a violent world. Most babies are testimony to that: they come out screaming from the womb. Then, it's a constant struggle to survive and not be "eaten" in various ways, and to eat other things. Circle of life is a violent place. The most violent ones have the most power. Of course, our religions would tell us that is wrong, but they lie about everything. Maybe we're supposed to be violent to be free. The top dog always have to continue to fight for his position; it isn't given to him at any point.

I realize this is a bit off-topic, but, it just came to mind. It's in my mental sandbox right now. I think we may have some false conceptions about what life is supposed to be like, at least at our current stage. We're living with a bunch of violent people, and so I think we are forced to play by their rules if we are to stay afloat.

Maybe the time will come that it isn't this way, but I'm just trying to acknowledge what things are like now. I don't feel right becoming a "violent person," but we're all struggling to survive. It's part of life until the violent ones die off and the new future arrives.

That is such BS - Every story i hear about the military - specifically the US military makes me hate it even more...

Although at least the story and tech is public knowledge now, that's a start but you gotta feel sorry for "Danny". We could have so much clean energy already but it's greed, paranoia and secrecy stopping all of that from happening.

If there was some alien force watching us from afar I wouldn't blame them if they thought we were idiots! Well the majority of the leaders of the world...

I hope I live to see things change in this world - for the better, coz at the moment it's only getting worse

Is it fair for the Pentagon to take priority over all new technology - especially one that would benefit our environment so dramatically? We tried to ask them, but of course they had "no comment".

It is a sad day in America when our best and brightest inventors are muzzled and their incredible gadgets reserved only for some future war that may or may not take place. Humanitarian and Environmental needs & benefits should trump military planning in my humble opinion. If you agree with me, send a copy of this article and say so in a letter to your Congressman and Senator.

Source

When something like this comes along, it should be there for the benefit of all mankind and not just the military... This addiction to war and military is killing us figuratively and literally!!

Pentagon pffft!!!!

You fail to understand that the technology would never do anything on the public market until it is refined and made cost effective. The military is doing this. Nothing is being kept hidden, the tech is public knowledge, there just isn't a market for it, yet. By the time the military invests in it the tech will be very close to being market ready. So many advances are due to military funds, yet all you can do is complain. How about someday soon every bacteria/fungi infection will be wiped out by a super drug the military has spent money creating, and there is 0 chance of resistance ever being developed. I don't have the time to find the link right now, but it's based on defensins and targets anything that doesnt have cholesterol in the membrane.

Do you follow the SOHO sun anomalies? There was one video that showed what looked like a symmetrical concave piece of disk or dish. It wwas being bombarded by solar flare radiation and it glowed each time it was being struck. Could this be an alien version of what you are talking about.

Having trouble embedding video.

this will be a short reply.

where can i get some real information (or at least a wiki page) on these thorium plasma batteries you speak of.

all i can find are blogs and a wiki about Molten salt reactor's ... but nothing related to thorium plasma batteries, which is strange as usualy even the most theoretic items at least have a wiki which points to the important information sources.

I have just run a search on google " Thorium Plasma Batteries " .

There is some conspiracy with Thorium techologies.

i googles the same statement for about an hour and could only find links to other forum posts and peoples blogs, nothing remotely trustworthy with any information on these batteries.

They didn't integrate Tesla's work into the military, they (The Rockefellers) just shut him down when they realized that his idea for free energy couldn't be metered, and thus, would be impossible to charge for, thus hurting their profits.

I'm with you two here.

Just where are the scientific and technical papers on this technology!

Without them this is a failed hoax.

You mean the same thorium cells that they murdered the Russian scientist for having last year when he wanted to bring them to market?

My guess is your take is correct. Lots of things are excessively expensive in common practice but they still have particular uses. For the military, national security can mean using expensive things to do what cheap things can't for things that're important to its mission. For example, NASA has used solar panels on its various instruments even though solar panels are not economic yet as a base-load power plant. I mean, if coal makes up about 70 percent of power generation in the US then why is NASA not using it in the space shuttle or on the satillites? Because tha'ts not how it works. There're details to these things that make it complicated. Technologies can be expensive yet have their specific uses. And I think this thorium battery is another example of a technology like this.

Maybe this is why we give our military billions of dollars...

People value national security. There's a lot of fear of things that could kill us.
