Could be a moth or some sort of fly.
It also reminded me of a flashlight beam.

I wanna say bug..

Sorry to sound ignorant but it could be anything really. I'm leaning towards an insect of some kind.

I would say it's a bug. I doubt it'll be an orb or a spirit

yes, could be a bug, but i cannot really see it "lifting off" the shirt. i don't think it is a light beam, because it seems to have a distance from the shirt.

Yeah, I tried to slow it down frame for frame, but lack software for that. As best as I can tell when it moves it seems to go long then short, then long, like what I would think a moth fluttering its wings would look like. It seemed to loop like moths do as well.

Just speculation though.

I don't think it's an orb, to me it seems to come from behind his shirt then "flys" towards the light shining on the other guys face, so i'm gonna call moth, excellent find though, well spotted.
