Perhaps my point was not made as clear as I would have liked. When I said: �My respect stems from their fearless pursuit of truth/honesty, no matter what people may say or how they react, what they feel is what they say�. The truth/honesty I speak of is from their point of view, as in what they believe to be true hence the �what they feel is what they say�.

You may disagree with most of his views and I may mostly agree with his views as he presents them in his films. But can we not discuss the message and not the messenger? I�m curious to learn how you came to the conclusion that he stands for �anger, hate, lies and deception�? Can you give me some specific examples of this? You have seen his films right? Perhaps you care enough about the truth to have seen them more than once? For my money I find his films entertaining at least and thought provoking at best. Agree or disagree with his views/opinions, at least he is looking for answers and not blindly following the Shepard.

I realize the food is so bad in America, the ONLY things I live on right now are purified water (purified by me), canned fish/tuna (garuntied not to be genetically modified, no fat, pure protien), and locally fresh vegetables/fruits from my local farmers market.

I exercise, yeah, but only becuase I'm trying to see how strong my body can become. If I didn't exercise, I would still be fit.

Untill our government stops RENTING land to cattle ranches and starts SELLING land to private farmers who take care of their property, I will not eat the sh1t it produces.

I work for a health insurance carrier, and we were told not to speak to him either.....I would talk to him off the record and tell him his efforts would be better spent getting americans to quit smoking, learn to relax and lose weight, thats the real problem.....

Would they be going through so much trouble to keep Moore out if they had nothing to hide? Its like trying to fight an IRS audit. If you did your books right you should have nothing to worry about. But I think most people realize what a dishonest bunch the executives of the pharmaceuticals are.

Most people are overpaying for healthcare because Medicare & Medicaid mandate that their reimbursements to the healthcare facilities and drug companies have to be substantially lower than those charged to everyone else. You and I are essentially substantially paying for much of the care of the elderly, the poor, and the immigrant through higher medical bills. My elderly mother had a flu shot at a doctor's office that was billed at $ 35, and Medicare paid $ 7. I would guess that there's rampant overbilling and other fraud in the healthcare system because if they were honest, most of them couldn't make a living...

I'd like to make a documentary.

Out of context sound bites, incomplete facts, the created "factual" scenes.

Continue filiming after his movie is released, this time at the Theatres.
Filming the people who line up, to watch tripe on the big screen.

Should be interestign to see this one, on a side note i have never watched teh awful truth, maybe ill download an ep or 2 to see if its worth while buying

Michael Moore has never made a documentary. That is a fact, something Moore has no comprehension of.

Call me dumb, but if we both get prescriptions from other nations, THE SAME STUFF, why shouldnt we buy from Canada cheaper???

Lets see, it wouldnt be because the USA is the only country on earth stuck with paying the exorbitant prices due to the fact not only do they screw us here but we're the only nation paying for the research of these medications??? Well, i dont want to pay for research or pay to line the pockets of pharmaceutical tycoons, thank you. I'll take just the medicine, thank you.

I would love to see mr. moore slowly burned at the steak, he is a one sided overbearing fanatic. That being said, his work is very good, he has a talent, unfortunately like any fanatic, his message falls on deaf ears of those who disagree with his views. If he used his talents to produce an unbiased film he would have more of a chance of spreading his message. After all, all Michael moore does is fuel the fire of people who already agree with him, this isnt pointless, but it certainly pays to try to convert those who dont agree with you, or else your base following grows much more slowly.

Im sure the liberals out there will have fun with this...they can complain and whine all they want, but the bottom line is if people like Michael Moore tried they could united the people instead of further divide them.

Seems to me that the pharmaceutical companies have been putting it to us, the consumer, for many years, havent they? Under all administrations, not just the Bush admin
