I FAIL to see the problem.

I have no problem with this happening.

Lets see, the US elected a black dictator who according to history was only destined to let power and greed fill his head. To much to soon if you ask me, electing a president of Kenyan Origin to realistically the worlds largest Racist country on the planet, baring Muslim countries.

Hitler only seems so bad because his men killed a few million in one foul swoop.....but the US presidents for the past few elects have been killing much larger numbers JUST in a different more subtle way. Through the ending of human right, GMO foods, cancer causing industry, forced homelessness and forced starvation plus the countless Military personnel lives they sacrifice purposeful to do their bidding, plus their own attacks on their own people *cough* world trade center *cough*

To me, Hilter was not as evil as the present day leaders. He was just upfront about it. They cower behind politics and laws to try and deceive the public but the end result is far worse.

The only difference between Hitler and our modern day leaders is Hitler ONLY hated the Jews, our modern day leaders are equal opportunity haters and hate everyone.

This is why America is sticking their nose in everyone business. Unfortunately, this is something civilized Europe should be resolving. Next time around, I vote we be destroyers not liberators.

Liberators my ass. The US is responsible for bringing the whole world under a dictatorship of the financial markets, together with their lovely ally UK. Now this world order created by the Anglos is exactly what the Greeks voting for this party are rebelling against.

What exactly have you done to prevent the U.S. government from stepping on the constitution, or to enact the ending the Federal Reserve and fractional reserve lending, to start printing new greenbacks, to stop the police state, to end the possibility of buying our elections, to stop pollution, or to end the wars? How do you think the U.S. is any different than the democracy of Greece? Do you not think they have propaganda or something? You seem to know what everyone should have or be doing, yet I still see the U.S. as falling into the black hole of fascism at an ever accelerating rate. I think it is quite naive to blame the people of the country for the acts of the government. I don't think the Greeks thought when electing the previous government, gee I would love for them to join the Euro in order to bankrupt the country through bad financial deals for the entire country while those same deals benefit the rulers. I doubt the people want their country run like this. They want what we all want. An open and truly free democratic society where the population isn't sold off to the bankers turning us into perpetual debt slaves and a prosperous future with education and a decent standard of living for all and future generations.

Would you hold the America public responsible for the wars? It seems you lean to Republicans and as such I would be willing to bet money you supported the war. I saw through the propaganda, as you like to say, in 2001-02 and I was in 9th then 10th grade. I couldn't voice my opposition to the war because d-hole Republicans, a few Democrats as well but not even close to the consensus of Republicans, would call me a pussy, a fa***t, and other colorful names all because I said these countries did nothing to us and innocent people will pay the price. It was rampant nationalism in our very own country that allowed the morons to believe in the state's propaganda that Saddam had WMD's and all the other lies. Pretty sad a 14/15 year old can see through the blood-tainted rhetoric of fear that the media espoused, yet the majority of U.S. citizens couldn't. I hope you re-evaluate your holier-than-thou ego and attitude so you can examine our own country the same way. It's that exact world-view that other countries are somehow different from the U.S. and the associated rampant patriotism that nationalism stems from. I witnessed a fervor of nationalism after 9/11 perpetrated by Republicans and Democrats and subsequently etched into the common world-view. You really have no room to talk about how guilty the Greek populace is when the U.S. population has already been there.

The blame rests solely at the top since we don't choose the candidates. That is the fundamental problem; Who decides who we vote for? Did the public choose the candidates in our election, even the primaries? Since the establishment chooses who we vote for, we are always bound to select at least one of the elites and insiders who care nothing of democracy, freedom, or sound fiscal policy. They themselves are bound to their corporate masters for they wouldn't ever have the money to run for election without going bankrupt if they do have the money. I hope you understand my point and understand why I used the wording I did, and it's because of humility. Humility goes a long way in trying to understand our country and other countries. Humility allows you to cast off preconceptions, formed by propaganda, of our country and examine our social, political, and economic structures as they truly are.

If you weren't a war supporter, I apologize, but every Republican I'm friends with or have ever known or met supported the war in the beginning and rather passionately. (Not counting Ron Paul Republicans.) We need to not blame each other for it wasn't our fault. If your entire database of facts and information in your head about America is a lie, how can you possibly think the public will select the proper government. How can we elect the right people when we are only given candidates to vote on that are already part of the establishment? We do not have a real democracy! Our education system also prevents students from learning the true nature of the political system and thank the lord for the internet. Unless we educate the public, we will never get anywhere close to stopping the coming fascism. Were you ever taught the true nature of the Fed in school? Without educating the masses, the first step to real revolution won't happen. People need to know what to fight before they can fight it. I'm not talking an armed revolution either. I just think what's happening in Greece is what will eventually hit the shores of the U.S. unless we start realizing the future we want. It will take a massive shift in public perceptions and philosophy. Educate, organize, and execute.

No people are not dumb
Not everyone falls for the 'we must pay back debt' crap
They know the bankers are at fault and the bankers at the very top are Jewish
they are the cause of almost every problem in the world today.

Yuck, what a vile comment. "Teh joos are to blame for everything!"
Antisemitic and disgusting.

Let's see if you get a choice when those same Nazis mandate gas chambers in every town for the lucky citizens of those towns!

I'm sorry but this is insane. Supporting nazis in any form that is.

The gas chamber thing is a lie. Of course we can't discuss that on here. Wait they burned people in ovens, no they used exhaust from diesel engines, no they used zyclon b in shower heads. They made lampshades and soap from Jews. Which one do you believe?

Your right about the ignorant part for sure. If people only knew what the political and social climate was in Germany before Hitler came to power they would see a mirror image of the EU and U.S. but not much is said about this time in history except during the Nuremberg trials.

I am appalled by the some of the disgusting, vile and ignorant comments on this thread. People seem to be whitewashing Hitler, one of the foulest and most squalid creatures to ever emerge from the lower regions of the human gene pool. He was a mass-murderer on an industrial scale, who killed people based on their religion (Jews and Jehovah's Witnesses) their race (Roma, Poles, anyone not a German Nazi) and their politics (see above).
Nothing about modern America can be anything like as bad as Hitler's Germany. So read up, get educated and then grow up the lot of you.

I believe you guys are taking this the wrong way. I understand most of you live in America, but if you have ever been to Europe you would understand that Europe needs a party that doesn't take immigration lightly. Europe's entire culture is being destroyed by Islam, and it's much much worse in Europe than the border problem is in the US.

Greek has been run by left-wing and right-wing extremists since decades. Thats what ruined the once beautiful country. What both the socialists and the nazis have in common is that they blame others for their situation. The nazis blame immigrants and the socialists blame the rich. The Greek need to stop blaming and start cleaning up their own act. To blame, no pain.

You're kidding me, right? Go to down town London or Berlin and see how much different it is. I can't believe you take it like a joke, because last time I checked it was Europe, not Eurabia.

Golden Dawn wants to place landmines on the border with Turkey? What if an animal wandered across the border?

it's either a steady food supply in no-mans land or the sheep are renamed tripods.

i surmise that the laying or wanting to of landmines is to deter immigrants (illegal) from entering greek land. this proposed measure imo will deter some but not all who are desperate for a better life whether they realise it or not.
proximity sensors are a better alternative in keeping borders rather than barbaric sub-surface violence.

i guess we shall see how things pan out from stock trading to coalition agreements in the next few days to weeks.

So did I, as my grandfather was at the liberation of Bergen-Belsen. It happened. I suggest that you read the right kind of books, with actual real facts in them, and then deal with it.

I live in London. Immigrants have been passing through this city for hundreds of years. You know what? It's still London and the food has improved a hell of a lot.

There were no mass executions at that camp. Most of the people died of typhus and starvation as supply lines were cut.

I guess in Greece, yes, it is. How do you explain this otherwise?

At local elections on November 7, 2010 Golden Dawn got 5.3% of the vote in the municipality of Athens, winning a seat at the City Council. In some neighbourhoods with big immigrant communities it even reached 20%.

Ok so there are nazis in the greek parliament... well...

How long there been nazis in the US? Since 1945?
I think the other countries have the right to have nazis also...

America always wanting everything to herself

But fear not americans... you still have the real nazis. Greece only has "neo nazis"... those are the ones that think the uniforms are cool and like to have stadiums filled with troops waving flags dreaming about the blitzkrieg - harmless little men.
