Yes, SO fake that it was actually issued by the Hawaii Health Dept. back in 1961. Can't get much "faker" than that! Birthers have been hitting the 'ol koolaid pretty hard lately.

Yes he is using a green screen and i doubt he is in afghanistan. Telling the "soliders" not to show is a joke. If he went to afghanistan our troops would probably shoot him on sight.

Now, take a look at the entire video and tell me that it is a green screen.

Um what? Obama met many troops and I know people who were there. And on top of that maybe some of you should take a look Obamas donation level from the military and yes he is doing better than Paul. Obama is popular in the military as much as some of you hate hear it.

Vid isn't fake with regards to the trucks and stuff. It is obviously very very staged but not fake. Obama on the other hand.....

At least there's and American Flag in this pic. If he was at the White House, there wouldn't be. Bet the soldiers put this flag up for a photo.

I've posted a vid showing that it is not green screen behind him. As far as it being staged, well it may be, I don't know. But, the trucks behind him are really there.

I was just remarking that in war time the Union Jack is always facing front to signify moving forward. This is in the signal corps of old a signal for retreat, That says it all to me.

will secure jobs abroad for Americans. Not just jobs, but well paying jobs. Jobs at Halliburton
where thru foresight and initiative, the board of directors and CEOs obtained contracts to
support our American troops at great profit to themselves and their employees.

And it doesn't stop there, Thru the trickle down effect, employees of other American
interests in the oil, gas and mineral resource areas, will be providing jobs in the private
sector, establishing for many years to come, the infrastructure whereby these newly acquired
Afghan resources can be monopolized for jobs. And this will happen not only at great expense
to the American taxpayer, but also at great expense to Afghanistan and its people.
The money flowing into our great American Military Industrial Complex should be a point of pride
for all Americans, a success story that exemplifies our togetherness and solidarity. An example
of the platform on which I ran for office.

So today, I say to you....YES WE CAN!
