City of Las Cruces Shuts Off Water, Sewer for Photo Ticket Nonpayment

I was looking for a better source than Alex Jones, not that I don't trust him or anything I just wanted a better source for the information. Anyway, I found this, it is only slightly better by the Huffington Post : Unpaid Traffic Tickets May Get Violators' Utilities Turned Off In New Mexico

This is Unreal!! I can't believe this is happening!! I still don't think many will pay their fines, but I do think there will be plenty of "other" people getting utilities turned on in their name!!

This stinks!! I really didn't think they could do this here in America, I guess I was wrong

Here is a little secret taught to me in by Mexicans in Mexico and a redhead in Las Cruces. You take a pair of pliers and turn on the meter again. They seldom go to jail for that. Me, I pay a private company for my arsenic water.
