He spent his life trying to determine how people died. But now his colleagues are searching for answers after he died under mysterious circumstances. Los Angeles police detectives, with the help of the Los Angeles County coroner's office, are investigating the death of Michael Cormier. Officials said he might have died of poisoning, but they have not provided further information.
The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that finding the presence of poison does not necessarily mean the death was a homicide, because the substance could have accidentally entered his system.
Coincidence is the word we use when we can't see the levers and pulleys.

.. coroners work with dangerous chemicals, fumes, and come in contact with dead people (who by definition may be contagious) all day long. The guy had to die at some point, try making an actual connection, and not a presumed one.
Coroner official Michael Cormier was involved in some part of the pathology reports
and photographing Breitbart’s body as a part of determining Breitbart’s cause of death.
The day before the coroner’s office released a statement about Breitbart’s toxicology results,
he died of possible arsenic poisoning.
