Just read an April 6 dispatch about F-15C Fighters being sent 'somwhere in the Middle East'.

This version is a single seat air-dominance fighter, unlike the E version, which is specialised for air to ground.

It looks like some of the Massachusetts and Louisiana ANG F-15Cs, as well as those based actively at Kadena AFB on the Island of Okinawa, are being sent to join the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing somewhere in the Middle
