former CIA official John Kiriakou federally indicted for leaking "information" to the media

in the video below, he talks about his 37 page exposee on the Dept of Defense, blowing the whistle on:

- illegal torture techniques upon alleged 'terror suspects' which may indiscriminately include innocent civilians

- not gathering intel but spiteful, cruel & unusual punishmment

- on Obama's promise to NOT go after whistleblowers

- Dick Cheney is one of the top torcherers who are not being prosecuted

... all under the guise/blanket of ongoing war of i mean on terror

hope he stays alive, somehow against the odds..

Great Post! Thanks for this info. Did not know about John. Prayers for him. Well they are all showing their true colors now are they not!!! Now we can clearly see that these people who think they rule us are beasts and full of barbarism.

Damn them for their inhumanity and disgusting evil ways. Good luck John; atleast the world is getting to know about this thanks to people like you OP.

Take care now!

Michael.

I remember growing up with American exceptionalisim instilled in me.

Land of the free, home of the brave...

you know the whole we are better than our enemies, we don't do what they do etc....

Apparently we do, and we are at fault for not screaming about this in the streets, I guess american Apathy is the new norm.

Combine this with the whistleblower/confessions of John Perkins ("Hoodwinked", "Confessions of an economic hitman") and Smedley Butler ("War is a racket") and the reality begins to hit home that America is not as virtuous as our media and politicians paint it. We are first and foremost an empire and we use the same techniques all empires have used to maintain our dominance.

ETA- Check out this thread by OldCorp

who words it so it isn't so dis-jointed as my tirade below, sorry.

I'm about sick of media parrots, keep drinking the kool-aid, it'll all be over soon enough.

Don't you see

I can see where this is going, Bush, Cheney, repubs, all the rights fault.

Tea party.

Throwing around the "War Criminal" on whoever. The words have no meaning.

If any of them are "war criminals", then they all are. Even your precious liberals.

They voted to go to war, Both Houses of Congress. And the President.

Agreed that, with the information at hand, it would be better to fight them over there.

BEFORE they became a threat OVER HERE.

If anybody lied, it was the CIA.

Who provided falsified information?

Or was the info even false?

These are the answers we must know, in order to call somebody a war criminal.

Obama IS a war criminal. PERIOD. Who ordered strikes in Libya?

Without Congressional approval?

From NYTimes

Strangely enough, I can't hear any chirping parrots. Only (cue crickets)

You need to follow the info.

Information is a new money.

I can only see the CIA.

Along with some of the Congress.

ALL of these people need to go.

We need smart people to come forward, with an attitude of " I really don't care to be involved, but I CAN do the job, and then I'm going my ass back home"

We need a true leader to step forward. That doesn't give a #u@I< about anything but the US and Freedom and Liberty. ( Pipe dream for sure)

Because that's us.

If you think anybody else in the world gives a dang if you eat or die or not, you have a wake up call coming

ALL these m(congress, prez) are just as guilty. And you all voted for them.

FIX IT! Vote their arses out. ALL of them.

And return us to Constitutional Authority. As is right.

Whatever, all this probably goes over your heads, I won't even try anymore. And I won't be back.

And please don't take this as a personal attack, I MOST DEFINITELY AM PAINTING WITH A BROAD BRUSH.

America IS exceptional. Or the idea of it was. Till Woodrow Wilson and his ilk started their BS.

The solutions are pretty simple. Implementing them will be tough.

Impossible, I'd say, what with the power they have over the vast majority of sheeps, I meant people.

You know what, I'm changing my mood from "Still hopeful" to "All is lost"

Because it's only a matter of time now. freaking people man

The real war criminals run free because we the people, the herd, do nothing to those doing the herding. We are too lazy to do anything about it. Clearly, these people are not going to arrest themselves, let alone investigate themselves. So what are we to do? There is only one answer, and I am brought to a quote by the late JFK--"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable." It's either that, or face the dire consequences of the tyrannical agenda that awaits all of humanity. We have to show up in large numbers, bearing arms, demanding their arrest. That is the only way.

The United States executive branch is little more than a terrorist organization that manages the affairs of big trans-national corporations. Ruthless, shameless, brutal exploitation, violence and deception, the real enemies of all the creatures in the world reside in the U.S. government and corporations, the most notorious terrorists in the world.
