To be fair to the OP, he did not ask about GFL, but of a Glactic Federation. That's a general inquiry, not a specific one, though perhaps he intended it to be. The answer to the query is that there is no proof that such a Federation exists outside of science fiction. Those people who are insisting such an entity exists are relying on people who are unrelaible themselves. Richard Boylan? You've got to be kidding me! Billy Meier? How absurd. Other promters of this idea get their information via channeling discarnate spirits, hardly a proven form of verifiable truth. These guys are delusional and some of them are outright charlatans.

COULD a Galactic Federation exist? Sure. DOES one exist? We don't know, and it is certainly unproven.

Have you ever thought that perhaps the reason his prophecy was only meant for the particular path at the time?

There is a reason very few can tell the future. Even one variable thrown can change the whole picture. The future is not set in stone. He predicted something for that particular path, the government read it and averted his confirmation in order to avert "catastrophe" (also known as revealing that he was right).

In revealing your knowledge of the future, the future will change itself based on who reads your findings and how well connected they are. Anyone with a brain will figure this out.

His mistake was posting it BEFORE it would happen. He should have disconnected the Internet and saved the document to a ghost drive, then uploaded it after the events to prove that he foresaw them.
