Remote Viewing, is it Hereditary

Is remote viewing hereditary, I was wondering cause my mother is a remote viewer, usually when I lose something and no matter how hard I look I cant find it, I go and ask her and see will just sit in a seat and within 5 minutes she will know the exact location it's in. It's pretty weird how she can do this, but still cool

You're a human like her. So I would say sure...hereditary.

If you are born with fingers you can play guitar, Practice, talent, and the will to learn all play a part. The same is true of remote viewing, natural talent is a bonus but it is the will and practice that bring about understanding and the eventual ability to make sense of it all.

P.S i think what your mom is doing is not so much Remote Viewing as it is Psychic ability in pure form. Technical remote viewing differs from what you describe her doing.
