and why would this be? Because it would essentially validate the Bible?
The bible gets one thing right and it must all be true?
I don't think so

The translation from Hebrew to Greek was flawed.
The nearest translation we have for the original Hebrew word "Nephalim" is "without a soul". It did not ever mean "giants". The Greeks, when searching for a word to describe something they didn't have a word for, fell back on their own mythology and thus "giant" was used.
It is possible the legends of these people "without a soul" were distant oral traditions of when early Homo Sapiens interacted with Homo Nearderthalensis. By tagging them as "less than humn" it made them fair game for slavery or worse.
But maybe not.

The theory that the Nephilim were Neanderthals is absurd considering that they were extinct 15-20 thousand years before the Semites ever existed. Though the word Nephilim does not specifically translate as giant does not mean that they were not. In English we use words all the time to describe something that is not its literal meaning, like when describing someone as a jack ass, they are not literally a jack ass, just a stupid person (no pun intended). Consider this: the word Anakim translates as “the descendants of Anak”, or Enoch, the son of Cain, and was another name for the Watchers. Though it was said that the flood had been sent to destroy them, there were still entire cities of Anakim in Canaan as late as the time of Moses. Spies sent by Moses to scout Anakim strongholds reported back that the Anakim were so large that the Hebrews seemed “like grasshoppers” in comparison. Jewish chronicler Josephus states that even in his own day it was not uncommon for people to dig up gigantic skeletal remains.
"For which reason they removed their camp to Hebron; and when they had taken it, they slew all the inhabitants. There were till then left the race of giants, who had bodies so large, and countenances so entirely different from other men, that they were surprising to the sight, and terrible to the hearing. The bones of these men are still shown to this very day, unlike to any credible relations of other men.

Considering that the video doesn't give much more information, I'm inclined to go with the fact that it is a hoax. National Geographic did an article on the topic and talked about how in this particular case, it was a well made hoax.
Another good resource for these doctored images can be seen here. I'm all for giants, but don't believe everything you read in a YouTube video.

Trust me, they've been solved. Working with a concrete-like mixture poured into a mold situated on-the-spot solves a ton (pun!) of problems! We're not talking about molded blocks done at the Base of the pyramids but molds placed exactly where the blocks are meant to be placed. The cement can be moved little by little by buckets if they care to take the time, or maybe employ a more advanced trough-system.
I'll say this though, if giants made the pyramids they'd have made Big entrances so as not to bump their heads!
