You mention the trumpets of revelations in your previous post on this thread, The video you posted mentions the three days of darkness, only it is from the Myans point of view (5-6 minute marker)

These are things that my grandma used to talk about. She spent her whole life in fear of these things. Lived every moment of it prepping for the end, praying to God (Not that praying is bad) scaring me and my siblings to the point that none of us would ever stay with her because it was too much for our fragile little minds to comprehend. And it scared the crap out of us.

She died recently, at the age of 87. Never having experienced life to its fullest, never had traveled, never did anything other then pray and prep.

I believe in God, and I believe he put us on this earth to live, learn, and grow. I do not believe he wanted us to live our life in fear of what is to come. Because we don't have the ability to predict it. Death is certain, life is fleeting, and we need to be/do/learn everything we can while we are here.

All of the these sounds and end of the world videos remind me of my grandma and her life. She missed out on some of the good things that maybe she would have experienced if she would have let go of her fear of the unknown.

I find them interesting to read, because it is in my nature to try and come to some conclusion regarding them, but I will not become my grandma and live every day in fear.

Just remember to keep your head on straight, value your days and family, and live life as full as you can. These things are certain, everything else is questionable and unknown.

The only reason I replied to you was because your posts had elements in them that reminded me of my childhood. So, your content is what I wanted to point out, not that you live your life in fear.

I have no idea what it could be. My first occurence, i couldn't pin point a location where the noise was coming from. It sounded as if it was coming from all around. My second occurence was coming more from the West. Regardless, it is very, Very strange.

I have read some theories which sound plausable, such as the solar rays causing "Sky Quakes," and the core/gravity one. As i pointed out in another post in this thread, perhaps the Japanese earthquake had a hand in this, considering there weren't many, if not, no reports of the noises prior to the event? The Japanese Earthquake did manage to tilt the Earth's axis a bit, maybe it stuffed something up?

MONMOUTH -- Crews with NW Natural Gas are continuing replacement and installation of a pipeline along Highway 99W through Monmouth.

In spots where it's impractical or disruptive to dig trenches for pipe, workers will use a practice called horizontal directional drilling.That involves boring down into the ground between 20 feet and 50 feet deep and steering a drill head horizontally until it reaches an entrance pit, where the pipe is located.

Dallas where the video was shot is northwest of Monmouth.

She said it was waking her up at around 3:00 or 3:30am. Seems a bit early for construction but I don't know.

My dogs were sitting beside me when I played it too. They went nuts!!! Distressed and confused they wanted away from the noise.

Yes construction works that late. Just ask Washington D.C..

Hmm, I'll play it real loud for my dog right now and see.

My sister might get pissed off for waking her though. She don't do anything all day anyway. She makes dinner, throws the garbage out and does the dishes by dishwasher. "Such a rough life".

I have dogs right across the street from where I live. The other morning, I went outside and a friend of mine was taking out the garbage. The dogs across the street were raising all kinds of hell. My friend yelled at me while looking into the sky and he said, "Holy crap, come here!!"

I went to see what the ruckus was all about. I couldn't see it from my vantage point. When I got to where he was standing, I looked up and saw the sun. It was like a white, not it's normal yellowish color, disk. That's not the strangest part. The clouds that were going across the sky had a light purplish color to them. Now, I realize it was probably just ice crystals, but it was the oddest, yet one of the most beautiful sights I have ever layed eyes upon. The dogs were obviously looking direstly upwards at this. The whole episode was odd. I wish I would have had a video camera. Naturally, as usual, I didn't.

I know that is not necessarily related, but I found the whole incident odd, yet, so very fascinating.

His ears perked up that's it. No crazy spinning around or nutty behavior. Just his lazy behavior as normal.

Sister was B**ing and moaning though.

Going to Malta again soon so I will keep my ears open.Looking at the other videos the uploader has on their ytube page www.youtube.com... I would say the video is highly suspect.

I would really have to have a 2nd or 3rd video that could back up the first. If there was a sound that loud and strange, people from the other houses would be outside too right?
In this day and age, everyone has a camera or something to that affect. And I am suppose to take the word of one person making a video?
Sorry, but I have been on this site far to long to get fished into a hoax.

I would say.. Lets hear this from more than just 1 person, and 1 persons recording..
I would like to see more sources and more witness to this sound.

On my street if there was a noise like that.. We would all be outside talking to each other about what such a strange noise would be..

My gut tells me this is a hoax. As we have 1 video. 1 recording. 1 person in a populated neighborhood... So I ask why is this the only person making a video, or reporting this? Another member pointed out that their animals went nuts hearing this.. So none of these people in this area have pets? I did not hear one barking dog.. If there was truly a noise, reaction would be coming from that sound.. Yet we only have 1 person reacting to something so strange? That to me is stranger than the sound itself.

What I find odd about this video is it is MUCH LOUDER than the other videos thus far.....or so it seems.

I imagine hearing this myself, running outside to investigate, running back in to grab my video recorder only to run back outside to video tape.

While I am video taping and seeing others lights come on I would wonder why NO neighbors come out to investigate as I did. Lights are coming on at the neighbors house but no one is going to come outside?? That makes me skeptical... real skeptical. I don't buy it!

I believe people are indeed hearing noises. Some say it sounds like trumpets. It does to me too.

The root cause in my opinion is Solar which is effecting our Planet all the way to the core and the atmosphere.

I'll chip in with a story from a couple of weeks ago.

I was sitting in my lounge room doing some artwork in the early hours of the morning around 5AM. I started to hear a weird noise that kept going so i got up to investigate.

I didn't have anything on that would make sound, so the first thing i did was go into the kitchen to see if it was the fridge it wasn't and the noise wasn't from the kitchen. After a quick search around the house the sound wasn't coming from anywhere inside. I then decided to open up my balcony door and have a look outside.

As soon as i opened the door the noise became louder i looked up and saw a bright and massive light moving in a southerly direction i saw it for about two seconds then it vanished into thin air.

I was WTFing pretty hard.

Well put. I think I'd have had a hard time sleeping.

I think I'm going to compare ufo sightings and the strange sounds see if there is any connection.

First thing that comes to mind is "revelations". Second thing that comes to mind is "another fake video". If the sound really was there and really was that loud, people would be out in the streets, on their verandahs, at their windows trying to see where the noise is coming from, but I didn't see any of that. I've also never seen follow-up videos interviewing neighbours etc to get their take on what the noises were. Why have we not seen a video where the noise occurs, and the person promptly grabs their partner to confirm they aren't going nuts, or runs next door to get the neighbours reaction?

I haven't heard any strange noises, and neither has anyone that I know, or anyone that they know. Until I experience the sound for myself, or see a report from a reputable news company complete with video+audio recorded by the news crew (instead of a news report playing an amateur youtube clip), I'm putting these "noises from the sky" videos firmly in the rubbish bin.

Most people don't even know what the is, man. I sure as hell didn't before I seen the video. I have never even heard of such a thing. Nice find, but I seriously doubt that EVERYONE that reports this is playing a water phone in the background, or whatever.

Hoax bin. At 1:37 the track they are playing restarts. Seems obvious to me.

My hypothesis is that these fake noise in the sky videos are created for the sole purpose of 1. deflecting attention away from and discrediting the few real noise in the sky videos, and 2. to deflect attention away from the sounds being heard underground, which are very real.

I understand your point but....

In Clintonville, WI it took weeks before anyone bothered recording the booms. I think it's still the only recording. It's not a big city but the pop. is 4,000+ and only one recording?!? The media was even there covering the story.

I think people in populated areas are hesitant to report this stuff because well obvious reasons. I live in Phoenix can you imagine what 911 would say if I told them I heard strange noises coming from the sky?

It could be a hoax but I think not.

I do admire your passion for such a topic! So even if this is a hoax, keep on keeping what you do.

Yet in small towns, with lower populations, people are much closer and talk much more than folks in a bigger town.
So if there was a noise like that in a little town.. You can bet the dogs would be barking.. People would be out in the road, coming out in their pajamas!

The media was even there covering the story.

Have the media footage?

All we would need is 1 or 2 others to back this up.. simple..
But without that simple backing.. its just to easy to hoax a sound track over video. Use Occam's razor to deduce and simplify.

What I find strange is this is happening all over the world and is even in the news in other parts of the world but the US media does not cover it and if they do get something on tape it never airs. Other countries will air such things but not the US media . And for as that goes you sometimes have to get news of what is going on here from other media outside the US.
