Agni V - India can now nuke Europe and Russia

India on Thursday made history when its maiden ind­igenous inter-continental ballistic missile (ICBM) Agni-V succ­essfully completed its flight, making India the fifth member of a select club of four nations with this capability.

The media here in India have been going gaga over this launch.
Well I'm more than happy. Now India should work quickly to induct these missiles and finish off the two other test fires that we plan to do.

The Chinese media on the other hand seemed to push this off as a small boy's toy.

"India should not overestimate its strength. Even if it has missiles that could reach most parts of China, that does not mean it will gain anything from being arrogant during disputes with China,"
