A great nights sleep in foil survival shelter from pound land !

Ok hi !
I’ve been waking up for a while now in the morning with a stuffy headache and also the same time in the night about 3 am most nights I live near a cell phone tower and presume a transmission of a negative elf frequency is in use about this time to break our natural sleep pattern or something like that also emf in my room or around my house could be high , So on a visit to a local pound land store spotted a foil survival shelter , these unfold massively and at least two people can sleep inside with plenty of room , for experimentation purposes give it a try if your not sleeping well it could be your emf environment , for a more permanent fix for better sleep I’ll be considering grounding/Earthing my bed in the future .

Perhaps thats why its illegal to cover the walls with anything that would stop radio waves in the UK? strange country.

Hmm,that is quite enlightening...
you can work countries on the other side of the world on just 1watt if conditions are right,think you may be onto something there pal,defo worthy of a little more thought..
another thought,i didn't know about the blocking radio signals law,how does insulated wall instillation effect your sleep,anyone have this inside there walls,do you get a good nights sleep??
