ATS acting wacky?

I was working on a post, with pictures imbedded, a page and a half, and when I posted it, the images were bungled. Mixed up, the order of the pics in my post randomized. I re-formatted it, moving the pics back to where they should be re-linked,, and posted it.

The second thing to report is the "recent post" list to the right of myATS. I'm seeing recent post entries from months ago, from old threads, with no new comments. A thread will pop near the top, as if a recent comment was added, but most of them are month old threads with no activity registered.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Not that but I seem to have had admin editing privledges for a page earlier today. Every part of the webpage was labeled and crazy boxes were popping up with options once I was clicking parts of the webpage. It was as if I was in a web-editing remote software on my ubuntu box. I have no explanation for it. Wish I would have stayed with it to experiment some more, but I hit refresh and poof...it was gone..

I've noticed a few old threads popping up in My ATS threads page. Some I've never even posted in, from a long time ago. It's been about 3 days it's been happening.

ATS must be tweaking the kinks out of their time machine....

That is classified as wacky behavior. I do know they are tweaking code, just reporting bugs as a good citizen. Thanks for the response.

1. Formattign can sometimes be whacky. I suggest a word processor to make sure you don't loose anything.

2.The "bumping" of old threads is possible. Only ones regarding ATS policy and what not, like the "We Expect Civility" threads. Or important updates about the website or something of that nature.

If you've seen any threads that aren't like the ones above, there could be a glitch in the Matrix. We never know what the boss is up to .

1. Never had formatting problems before, and yes, if it's a big post, I use the WP.

2. These aren't "bumps", they are random old threads that just float to the top of my reply list.

Maybe something new is in the works??

Hmmmm...

I can't recall that that has ever happened to me...but then again, I don't post that many threads... I have had old threads appear out of nowhere, with no new posts on it...but not recently.

Thanks for reporting it. Rest assured that Bill will be looking at it. How he does all this in a twenty four hour day is beyond me...
