You're using Photoshop, right? You could google "stone texture tutorial + Photoshop", I guess, but if it needn't be too fancy, I have a simple
suggestion.
Photoshop (7.0. anyway) comes with a few basic rock textures you could use. So I would draw up the shape you want, texturize it (Layer/Layer
Style/Pattern Overlay), and add the text you want. When in the text layer, go to layer style again and fiddle around a little with the Bevel and
Emboss function.
With the right amount of fiddling, you should be able to produce what you want.
