and i mean, i seriously stumbled upon this clip.

The clip is said to be from a film, yet nobody seems to know which one.

i dont like Seagal either, but this has nothing to do with Seagal as a person.

it's about the message.

i remember when this came out, seagal was being called a hippie and a liberal for saying it....but just like always, the hippies and liberals were right.

This was for a movie? Looks like a documentary but also like a movie. Very informative but I can't seem them putting this in a movie, to much truth in it.
