Just the Messenger like many other similar sites - there's been some good credible stuff come out of that site here on ATS too which is also a Messenger - it's up to people to use their own discernment where ever they read stuff.

Sorry but I know that side has produced some rubbish but there's been plenty rubbish here too.

One geophysicist put it that this magnetic field is acting just like a microwave. a microwave use magnets to hear objects from the inside out. His theory is that the earth core is being super heated and is beginning to expand, as it expands we should see an increase in seismic activity, volcanoes that have been dormant return to life, and we should see weather patters that are far more volatile than normal. I personally find it interesting that we are now seeing these same events.

Earth's core is expending...hmm would that correlate with the growing earth theory? I've always liked that theory as it makes sense to me.

Earth might be going through another growth spurt

Even if the planet does crack up, there's not exactly much we could do to stop it.

It;s all about expansion - everything expands - even us lol

Very interesting thread thanks for sharing S&F

Yes, it is logical that the Earth is expanding. We are told that the Atlantic Ocean is getting wider due to the activity of the Atlantic ridge. Never do they correlate this by saying that the Pacific is getting narrower. That's because it isn't. It to is getting wider.

This site has many useful explanatory articles:
www.expanding-earth.org...

www.science-frontiers.com...

This site explains using illustration with a globe:

How do you know that the planet is not a virus plaguing the Universe itself and that life, including man, isn't a form of anti-bodies created by the Universe to destroy the Earth or other planets or inanimate matter? Maybe we aren't the disease, but the cure. In either event, humans are screwed consindering the overall outcome.

I just saw a map and report indicating polar ice melt is off the charts and they can't figure out how to stop it. If the planet is losing mass on top and it heads south wouldn't that throw off the rotation and tilt? Would that not also explain flooding near the equator where the Earth's "bulge" is?
I read an article today where some bonehead scientist claimed melting polar ice can be a positive since it will open up those areas to oil companies and commercial fishermen!
No thanks buddy, you guys have done enough already.

There's nothing untrustworthy about Romanians, first off. The Earth isn't cackling up, either. This weather and these quakes are apart of a cycle. The sun's behaviour is part of a cycle. Until credible websites and newspapers are brought into this discussion, this is just another conspiracy.

You lost me there.

Im often more prone to believe non-western scientists and researchers. They typically arent as highly paid(off) or brainwashed/educated into such a rigid line of beliefs.

And there is geological evidence to back up this theory. 52,000 years ago the earths north pole was in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

Interesting, have any links where this, or any of the other things you mention are discussed?

I've read some about the "magnetic cloud" in some scientific journals, but I can't remember which ones. Will try and see if I can dig them up again,

I may be mistaken, but as I recall it is the satellites that are entering the 'cloud', not our universe.

There has been an increase in geological activity over the past couple years. Several years back the Voyager 1 and 2 Probes left our Solar System beyond the range of our Suns magnetic field. Scientists excepted to find nothing but empty space beyond the edge of our solar system, but instead the found a magnetic "cloud" as they put it.

Our solar system has entered this "cloud". Based upon computer simulation what NASA discovered is that we are entering the Galaxy's Equatorial region. This region is some where around 2,000 light years across. We will not reach the mid way point until some time in December of 2012 based upon computer simulations.

What computer simulations? Can you cite some of this work?

Is this what you are talking about?

Please tell me what a 'credible' website and newspaper is. What I see is mostly crap, and that includes ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and the mother of all crap, Fox News.

It's pretty obscene when for my money, RT (Russia Times) is the most honest one out there. I don't even trust BBC anymore, and PBS is all slightly more intelligent fluff.

Based upon this theory his high-postulates that if the earths core heats enough the plates of the earth should freely move around the earth core. And there is geological evidence to back up this theory. 52,000 years ago the earths north pole was in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Our star system take 26,000 years to circle the galaxy, but only dip under the galactic equator ever 52,000 years. According to geological evidence every 52,000 years our pole shifts. It is not theorized that it's not the pole that moves but the plates above it.

Only time will tell if this theory is correct.

Right there is where you lost credibility. It takes the sun over 220 million years to orbit the Milky Way.

Man is a virus and the Earth caught it... It goes in remission from time to time but there is no cure.

I bet the earth will survive... us... well I really could care less.

Without man to observer and marvel at its beauty, the earth would not be the same planet. It would be lacking something extraordinary.

What frightens me the most is that about 15 people decided to star his post, despite it having no evidence to support the highly curious claims.
