Not a good example for your case that Obama is a “natural born” citizen. In fact, it supports the argument that Obama’s citizenry is questionable.

Chester Arthur was born in Fairfield, Vermont to an American mother and father who had lived in the US for years before Chester’s birth.

Chester Arthur’s father, William Arthur’s wanderings would later form the basis for accusations that Chester Arthur was not a native-born citizen of the United States.

After Chester Arthur was nominated for Vice President in 1880, his political opponents suggested that he might be constitutionally ineligible to hold that office.

A New York attorney, Arthur P. Hinman, apparently hired by his opponents, explored rumors of Chester Arthur's foreign birth.

Hinman initially alleged that Chester Arthur was born in Ireland and did not come to the United States until he was fourteen years old, which would make him ineligible for the Vice Presidency under the United States Constitution's natural-born citizen clause.

When that story did NOT take root, Hinman spread a new rumor that Arthur was born in Canada, but this claim also FAILED to gain CREDENCE.

Chester’s father, William Arthur, emigrated from Northern Ireland (Protestant) to Dunham, Lower Canada (in present-day Quebec) in 1818 or 1819 after graduating from Belfast College. William Arthur moved to the US in in the 1820’s – about 60 years before Chester Arthur would be considered for Vice President.

Chester Arthur’s father, William Chester didn’t become a naturalized citizen of the US until 1843 – 14 years after Chester Arthur was born. This means that Chester Arthur was not a "natural born" citizen since at the time of his birth his father, William Chester was a subject of Great Britain (Canada & Northern Ireland).

This is if you define "natural born" as being born to two American citizens -- which Obama was clearly not.
Furthermore, Obama's father REMAINED a foreign national.

Chester Arthur served in the Union Army with the New York Guard during the Civil War and reached the rank of Brigadier General.

There was no serious question as to Chester Arthur’s birthplace (Fairfield, Vermont) or his loyalty to the US.

And usually, at least one of the Dos Amigos, has a statement at the beginning of the thread that explains why it has been HOAXED, but there is none.
I went through the 21 pages (quickly, using page down) and did not see a Mod or Super mod stating that this is a HOAX.
So why is this in the HOAX forum?

Because the entire thread is based off the premise that the "Obama Lawyer Admits Forgery"...which is not true....there is no quote of the lawyer saying that.

Maybe we should call those who don't believe the birth certificate as BIRTHERS
Maybe we should call those who believe the birth certificate as FORGERS

Just a thought to keep it straight.

I was wondering the same thing. I just don't want to get dragged into this. I am glad you said it though. I figure not posting and contributing is better than getting banned. I can see this is going the way of the other hoaxed thread about the disc and the dog that although was rightly placed in the hoax bin, was done so without letting the members understand why. not by mods at least. It took good math from a solid member base to do that.

I see human_alien was very active in that thread as well. I am surprised he has kept his cool. I would be banned now if I were him.

I would think it is somehow related. The debate stops on whether Obama's lawyer actually said that, not if it is true or not. He might be good to go but she still might have said that. Sooooo.....

Well written, seems legit..... Only a birther could see this as legit. The opening paragraph which assumes a forged birthcertificate tells the story.

The article and the trial are real...the OP was quoting the genuine title of the article....it is not a hoax...

It's irrelevant, even if by some miracle somebody proved Obama had faulty birth docs it would just mean Joe Biden the puppet from Israel takes over the PR duties for the war machine.

if this was posted before sorry. I am feeling a little slow today. Like everything I do today is like assembling IKEA furniture using instructions written in Aramaic.

I just goggled, "Alexandra Hill, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery" and attempted to read some of them. However, several of the sites have deleted their story or 404'ed the page.
You can either see this as a cover-up, or, that the story of Berry's attorney calling his Photoshopped birth certificate a known fake , is a hoax.
If it indeed is a hoax, blame it on the source , not Human Alien.
Again, if ATS HOAX'ed every thread that was not verified, substantiated, or was hearsay, half of the threads would not be here.

Do you want to have it with me then ? I'll give you the same argument. A persons parents do not have to be US Citizens for a person to be a natural born citizen. My grandfather was born in Italy. My father was born in Brooklyn. My father is a natural born citizen. He was born on US soil. Thats all it takes my friend. Sorry. I hope I wasnt too hard on you.
