What is this about? I don't see them. Do you?

Just below the spot light on the left hand side, two lights.

Look like regular old flood lights to me.

I suppose it's just someone or something checking out the place after the latest quake.

Maybe I'll design a website around orange lights. The history of the orange light, various shapes and sizes of orange lights, the uses of orange lights.
When I'm finished I'm going to send the diary guy the link.
