This is a speculative scenrio of events that I have been considering over the past 2-3 weeks. Call me a fearmongerer if you wish

If you have considered how you think things will play out in the middle east I would like to hear so please feel free to add more

I know its probably one of a number of possible outcomes but I consider this potential outcome worth mentioning.

I believe the first bomb on Syria may be the start of World War 3. I know many will contest that world war 3 has already started with 9/11, and they may well be correct. But I am talking about war between the big boys.

This is how I see things possibly playing out over the next couple of weeks.

The ceasefire in Syria will be broken by one of the sides, probably the opposition will instigate something, There will then be an "emergency" meeting or something similar at the UN regarding the Assad regime.

A resolution unilateral to NATO countries will probably be passed bypassing a Russian/Chinese veto.

When and if that first NATO bomb is dropped on Syria, that for me will be the alarm bell for World War Three. I believe Iran will assist Syria or the US will claim Iran is helping Syria and there will be an attack on a large ship in the gulf, probably a false flag.

Once Iran gets involved, Russia and China will be drawn into the conflict making it go global. I think this coould happen very fast. The next window of opportunity I hear is between April 16th and April 26, this is a 10 day window relating to the moons position.

We also hear from some that the Aircraft carriers in the middle east appear to be "in position" with two carriers of the Iranian coast.

It could be therefore, that we are in a conflict within the next 2 weeks.

If you are going to bug out, I would suggest you bug out soon after the first NATO bomb on Syria.

Mods, please feel free to move this to predictions if you think thats a better place, thanks

Good post, OP! I don't consider it fear-mongering, I consider it to be a plausible scenario of the potential start of a world wide conflict with nukes being used along with more conventional warfare.

The writing is on the wall. Whether one chooses to read the warnings and prepare is up to them.

Nobody in their right mind wants a conflict of this magnitude, but since TPTB aren't in their right minds, I expect this to play out in the way the OP said.

Who could imagine that in 1914 Europe would be embroiled in the greatest war that had ever happened to that point over Serbia and an assasination? Who could imagine in 1932 that an obscure demagogue could rise to power and unite a shattered Germany (and eventually Austria and Bohemia) into one of the most terrifying military machines ever and succeed in conquering France in six weeks, then conquer or ally all of Europe and nearly defeat the Soviet Bear? At that point who believed that he could lose?

The point I am making is that unexpected things with huge consequences occur. Saying that they won't is much more likely to be wrong over a long timescale than saying that insane stuff like this will

I sincerely hope that you are right, but denying the possibility is a part of hubris in my opinion

As one of my favorite characters say so elegantly...

" Rorschach: Rorschach's Journal. October 12th, 1985: Dog carcass in alley this morning, tire tread on burst stomach. This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll whisper "no."

Its a good point that TPTB Are represented I think with that quote. We are Rorschach and we will say to them No.

I find the OP's scenario compelling and reasonable. Yeah, there's a lot of saber rattling, but eventually one of these jackasses is going to press the big red button either by accident or because their handlers tell them too and SGHTF. It's a lot like that fault line in the Cascadia range, it's gonna happen sometime.

Well, if it does happen, everybody come to Canada. It's where the terrorists send their families to keep them safe, that's the standing joke right? And of course the Harper government promotes this with his new immigration policies to bring in more people to fill non-existent jobs while the government is laying off again and further reducing the number of available jobs.

Cheers - Dave
