George Zimmerman to be charged in Trayvon Martin shooting, official says

Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce as early as Wednesday afternoon that she is charging neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation.

It was not immediately clear what charge Zimmerman will face.

we knew there were going to charge

Remember, folks. His attorney does not have to prove him innocent.


They have to show reasonable doubt. That's all.

Zimmerman has to take the fall to prevent outbreaks of violence.

A jury would acquit him, unless of course, it's a black jury.

I have a prediction: Zimmerman will be a suicide.

That will satisfy all the racists calling for his lynching. An eye for an eye, right?

is not a court ANYONE
wants to be in.

Having a bounty on your head
is something you don't want either.

He will be charged with manslaughter, but then found innocent due to supporting testimony. This is the best thing the police could do, get it over and done with as soon as possible. She didn't go to the Grand Jury because they would not have probable cause. Probable cause means that he would have to have " intent to commit" and or, the evidence would have to show on it's face that a crime was committed. Since there was no crime, there is no probable cause.

Good decision. It's off to the jury we go.

Of course it is.

If someone hires someone else to kill their spouse and that person tells the police they get arrested, charged and sent to prison. There may actually be more crimes to charge them with in this situation.

AG Holder will about the same for that, that he did when the Black Panthers stood outside of polling centers with batons. NOTHING!

It is likely to take weeks and weeks to pick and seat a jury due to the obviously unwarranted claims of racism which have driven this issue.
