Do you the name of this song? Bonus: Great acoustic version of "All along the Watchtower"

Hi guys, can you help me out? I love this song but I don't know what's the name of the song is and who wrote/performed it. It is in this episode of "Auf Achse" (freely translated "on wheels") a German series about 2 truckers. It starts right after the intro (1:00) BTW, in my opinion it is a magnificent single shot, great camera-work.

At 16:00 the same guy, Bernd Tauber plays and sings "All along the Watchtower" while they drive through the hills somewhere in Greece. Beautiful music with beautiful scenery.
