That sounds great! Once in the morning to get your day started, and once at night to relax from a hard days work. So it's now 2 times a day for
10 min. or more (maybe 5 for your kids depending on how young they are). same experiment only twice a day.
Sounds good to me. They are 6 and 2, I think the eldest will manage but the youngest will more than likely just copy for a while. We don't watch any
T.V, so this will give us an extra thing to do anyway. My partner has said that she will prove me wrong and see it through (we'll see on that one

Why is this called Zazen meditation? Other than Zen, isn't this the basis of all meditation practices? I practice Vipassana and this is exactly what
you do. Just curious, thanks!
Watching the breath is the base of many if not all meditations. I practiced Vippasana for a while, personally wasn't a fan of it. I do however
like zazen. In Vippasana you can choose anything as your base for meditation. I'm not on my computer or else I'd go into more detail. Will explain
more later, I prefer zazen.
